They lost the ornate detail on my designer jacket, it was missing when I picked it up. When I asked where it was they blamed me and said I must have taken it off at home. They denied all responsibility and basically called me a liar. I have been a regular customer with them for years. Am appalled by the customer service.

I took my new hand knitted cotton jumper for dry cleaning. I did not want to wash it in case it stretched. When i picked it up it had dark scorch marks all over it. They said it did not happen in the dry cleaning process and this was not possible. Accused me and said it was an old jumper and marks were already there and were wear and tear. Very rude.

Excellent results over the last 3 years. Suits never come back shiny, buttons are covered to prevent colour change, and stains removed. I recently had a house fire and the stench was completely removed, with care.Excellent service.

They made some stains on my shirt by iron and didn't accept it..and told: it is not our fault.. When I asked to see his boss, he told me: if you come two weeks later you can see boss... After two weeks when I saw the boss, she told me: we accept any problem before 7 days after we delivers your shirt... It was second time to broke my shirt
