The vibe was fun, the food was delicious, the service was great, but the price was ridiculously expensive!!! I understand it's Manly, I get it, but there are classier places in Manly that charge less for what this restaurant charges

Great menu of starters and seafood plus pizzas to please everyone. A way more extensive wine list than I expected. I chose Sydney Rock Oysters followed by Garlic Prawns, Garlic Pizza and then Spaghetti Marinara - sounds so average but the sauces are fresh, the presentation brilliant and the Sangiovese Merlot exceptional.

Charged me $50 for 11 people and an extra $20 for some other service fee. Service wasn’t great and the waitress tried to serve us food before drinks because we appeared intoxicated??Maybe they just had a busy night. On the other hand, food was outstanding

Fratelli is one our families favorite go to places. But the one in Manly is really a step up in service and quality. The signature polpetta was incredible and the friendly staff was witty, funny and very helpful. Their recommendations were also a hit with the group. It’s also just a skip and a hop to the wharf.

First time experience, came together as a group, as a starter, there should be 2 front of house staff because if theres only one she will be tackling all the tasks. In addition to this the food was salty across a few of the dishes for example the 550g meatball which for my partner was inedible. The starter also known as “garlic pizza” is literally just bread with some butter. No taste of garlic at all, disappointing, the meal i ate the chicken parmy was alright. Overall the nicest thing was probably the shoestring fries with aoili. First and last time coming here.

If I have a choice I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this place. Do not go to this Restaurant, by far the worst experience and worst customer service by there supervisor name Hally. The front reception guy with the beared and the supervisor are on the same page they make sure that the time is wasted and they don’t take all the customers. We were waiting in line for half an hour to find out that the restaurant is closed. We were the second ones in the line where the beard person took his sweet time to make sure to hit the cut off time for their lunch break. We had a child with us along with all the luggage. We tried explaining to Hally that their is no sign they don’t take walk ins. Exactly 5 mins before 3 pm they want to take off on breaks. We said we can cooperate on taking what ever was available. Hally was very very discrespectfull and kept rolling her eyes. Unbelievable. Plz look at the camera recording at 3 pm onwards on January 2nd. I am so surprised being as a doctor where patient are the most important all the time and here we are they call themselves a highest authority at the resturant don’t care for the business and the customers, God bless the owners, I would recommend to the resturant owners to get rid of the supervisor and the manager immediately and save their payroll, if they want this Resturant to stay in business.

Had dinner last night and was slugged with a Sunday surcharge of nearly $20 and another undisclosed credit card surcharge of nearly $6. When I use a credit card at Coles or Woolworths and most other restaurants I pay no surcharge yet Fratelli Fresh wants to steal and rob you and charge a credit card surcharge and Sunday surcharge. When I brought up the injustice of this to the waitress Hale - she was extremely rude. Therefore the customer service here is very poor. They need retraining and rethinking about the surcharges. Will never be coming back and only going to restaurants with no surcharges - of which there are plenty.
