I came in asking for assistance, after the request I asked for online was informed would need to be verified online. Chris the manager served us - proceeded to take my details and then told me ‘I can’t help you’ when I interrupted and told him there’s no need to continue the conversation he proceeded to get upset that I wasn’t listening. WHICH IS IT CHRIS, can you help or can’t you? What a waste of my time

I am a support care worker and for the past few weeks my client and i have been coming in trying to find a way to add data to her phone even though as an elderly lady, she only carries cash. Not being able to make calls has been distressing her lately but today, with the warm and welcoming help from Hue we were able to add data on her plan using an eftpos voucher. Hue was impressively professional and my client nancy was smiling all the way home.Thank you hue for making nancys day!

GO TO OTHER BRANCHESI've been to this branch twice, and today I had the worst customer service ever. Instead of helping to solve the problem, the manager dismissed us with a I'm the manager

Came to this store to get a new phone, sorted everything out with the plan and received my new iPhone only to come home and notice that it would not turn on or charge. Called them back and had to go back to the store (which was 30 minutes later) where they told me they couldn’t help me and I had to deal with it and go to chadstone Apple and get it replaced on the spot. I took it to Apple only to be told i would have to come back and a technician would have to look over it before receiving a new phone. Useless customer service made me feel like it was my problem rather than theirs. Would highly recommend not going to this store as they are extremely unprofessional and don’t care about their customers.

Good service but startup for new phone could have been more informative for the mid level tech savvy

Depending on who you get will drive your service experience. Today I had a person who was not interested in helping and diverted to protocol and process rather than problem solve. I may as well talk to a robot if it is all about process

Worst Optus service store ever. Would give 0.5/5 if I could. Threaten customers with police and extremely rude staff members and store manager. Please don't go here if you need any Optus related services from them, pick another store instead!
