Ramsay Pharmacy The Ridge - Previously Malouf Pharmacies

Usually really good, but need to change closing hours. Got to pharmacy at 5:50pm & was already shut, when profile says shut at 6pm. Would’ve gone earlier if I’d known they were shut earlier.

I have used Malouf Chemist at the ridge now for the last 2 years, during this time the staff have always been extremely courteous and understanding of my health issues. Absolutely fantastic place. Would not go anywhere else. I would rather wait for Malouf to open before going to another chemist somewhere. Thanks guys for doing a great job

Waited patiently for service on Friday the 29th January - allowed another gentleman to be attended before myself. When I thought I would be attended next as is the usual practice when queing - no another woman who had just walked in was served before me. Obviously the staff are unaware of usual social practices. So I walked out and will not be walking back into that pharmacy again

The service at this pharmacy is amazing, however pricing for scripts is way over. Decided to go here to collect script as convenient and supporting local store but when script is double for their genetic brand. I have to say won't be stopping in again.

I am posting this review on behalf of my friend who was treated disgustingly at the Malouf at middle ridge. She was completely ignored by two members of staff while it was obvious she as struggling with her two year old child. She as standing in line waiting to be served with a couple standing behind her in the line. The lady at the register offered to serve the people behind my friend although she was in line first. Additionally, when she first came in there was another couple in the chemist that had walked around for a bit, left the shop for a bit and came back and the staff member at the register chose to serve customers that had left the shop and came back before my friend who remained in the shop the whole time. There was only one staff member in this chemist that bothered to acknowledge my friend, all other members of staff chose to blantaly ignore her. It’s clear your staff need further training instead of being ignorant towards young mothers. If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would!

I was looking for a particular shade of lipstick in the shop and I reached Clarins counter, elderly lady who was providing customer service kindly or (sarcastically )told me those lipstick were $40 is that allright? I did not ask for the price anyways.as i know Clarins are expensive and are quality products.And she did not move from there until I very uncomfortably choosed the shade, as a shy person I found it very intimidating.I appreciate that this elderly lady went beyond to help me choose the shade and I am never going back. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting treatment by the pharmacist. Thank you to another pharmacy for fixing their error and filling my prescription. Not even worth one star.
