Thank you again to the wonderful team at Entry Conveyancing to Luke and his exception team Janice and others. Luke and Janice have made this journey for me effortless and I think them so very much!Every question I had was answered promptly, every concern was alleviated with care and attention. Luke, you are a diamond and Janice I thank you for making the settlement process a smooth sail. I throughly appreciated the time and care I received. Everything went smoothly as you suggested it would. Many thanks to you both for your professionalism support and customer care. Truely an amazing company with a fabulous team.Thank you Luke and Janice and the team at Entry Conveyancing.

I would give them -5 stars if I could. I had a very bad experience with Entry Conveyancing that resulted in me changing conveyancer roughly 2 weeks before settlement (albeit me paying their fees upfront). I dealt with Luke and Janice from Entry Conveyancing. I found their management of my file highly stressful and unprofessional.I had to call them multiple times for an update and they could not give me any firm dates on when can they open my file on PEXA. I was advised that they have requested the vendor's solicitor to provide them with the PEXA number. However, when I pressed them on when did they request that, they couldn't give me a date.As I was getting worried that I haven't had any communications from them, I asked if they had started the title checks and the other government checks. Janice had the audacity to ask me if I am trying to teach them how to do their job. After that interaction, I decided to consider the money ($600) I paid to them as a loss and hire another conveyancer to assist me with my purchase. I was glad that I did that as that conveyancer was much better at communication and opened my PEXA file on the same day I engaged them.3 months after I had sent Entry Conveyancing an email to cease work, I received an email today requesting that I pay them an additional $300+ for disbursements. I had not received any kind of service from them and have not sighted any evidence of them doing the checks. This is just very appalling conduct. 100% would not recommend this company at all.

Keelyn was extremely helpful in assisting with the purchase of my first home. Prior to purchase Entry Conveyancing reviewed the contract of sale and were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you.

Very impressed with the service from Entry Conveyancing. From the initial contact through to the sale of our property and purchase of another, their service and communications from all concerned has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Entry Conveyancing
Having previously bought and sold a number of properties, this was the first time I have used Entry Conveyancing. I was really impressed with the process and the calibre of their people. With his legal background, Luke was well versed in all aspects of property law which gave me huge confidence in their ability to represent my requirements. Giulia was amazing. She was extremely diligent and super responsive, making sure every detail was accounted for. Settlement was a breeze with zero issues - just the way it should be. Really happy with the service and their fee structure was excellent.

I hate writing negative reviews and so rarely do but after being lied to and now ghosted by Janice, I’m hoping to warn others. Luke always seemed distracted and half of the time forgot who I was, Janice was abrupt and rude most of the time treating me like I was stupid (I was a first home buyer so I had no idea what I was doing so help without judgement would have been preferred) and then at the end of the settlement I received an email to let me know the council and water company had been advised - they hadn’t and after multiple emails without replies, I called Janice and was told she was too busy to do it and she would do it soon - she all but yelled at me when saying this - now, nothing? I have not heard a word despite several emails to AGAIN chase Janice - will never recommend or use this company again!

I generally steer clear of writing reviews but wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experience as we did. My partner and I used Entry Conveyancing for the purchase of our first home. The first call was very positive and assuring but quickly the communication dried up. Often we called and they didn’t know who we were. Invoices were sent to us with the incorrect fees. The fees were more than we expected, without any explanation. We went quite a period of time with no response to emails or calls after we sent through requested paperwork, only to have all additional requests rushed through the day before the settlement. Unfortunately the whole process made the house purchase a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

I'm thankful for their service but unfortunately I can only remember dealing with Entry Conveyancing as a stressful and sad experience.Almost every email required follow ups. I don't recall making a single direct phone call that they actually answered. I believe the only time they did answer was when I called reception, which only coincidentally, was picked up by the person I was chasing. There was a legal name inconsistency between the contract and loan documents (admittedly, my fault) that was identified by the bank which I promptly raised with EC to be 'resolved'. But it seemed the same issue was brought up again the week of settlement, to which I was told that I 'should really be more careful.' It seemed like they forgot that the issue had already been addressed weeks prior? That it was actually resolved the first time and they forgot? In that case they had no reason to raise alarm bells days before settlement.Compared to the agent, the vendor and the bank, Entry Conveyancing was the only party that made me feel unwelcomed and compounded the stress of purchasing a home. They might be overburdened, understaffed, undertrained, I don't know. Janice sounded, for lack of a better word, miserable. Whatever it is I cannot recommend, especially for those who are new to lawyers and/or are prone to anxiety and stress.

Edited: (03/06/23)I was reached out to by Michael and offered a full fee refund as he felt that service was not provided up to their standard/my expectation so I'm thankful for that responsible act and have changed my review to 3 stars instead. I did give him my word that I will return for another service in the near future and will again adjust my review based on their next performance and service to be provided.Initial review:Bad experience as a vendor.Consultation and information gathering process was good. Came settlement day, things went downhill. Repair work schedule was not getting thru to the purchaser's solicitor and almost had the deal called off. Rental income was incorrectly calculated, where my portion was calculated as pre building management fee and purchaser's portion was calculated without any fee. I don't think it was intentional but clearly been outsmarted by the purchaser's solicitor at my expense. I received over $2000 less than the settlement balance and after all the re-calculations and chasing up with all parties, I managed to get most of it back while still awaiting my rental income from the property and had to say goodbye to the monthly building management fee that I paid in full for only one week of rental income.
