I came in for a consultation at Accontax today. Naveed is so professional and has excellent customer service skills! He's very friendly and approachable, answering and clarifying all my questions.He introduced us to Xero and gave us thorough training, explaining how things work and even the reasons for doing it! He goes above and beyond in delivering his service. It has been very tough looking for a great accountant in Melbourne, and my business/company has finally found a gold nugget!
