I have had my hair done here by Rob, Kathy and Ruby. The first I was blown away by robs attention to detail and his wealth of knowledge! I was lead to rob for an edgy cut my first visit and was instantly hooked ! today I called up for a quick cut to not pressure their time but I ended up feeling like the salon was open for just me ! The attention and care Kathy and ruby gave me today is not comparable to any other salons because they treated me as a friend and guided me to the best results while really hearing what I was asking for! Ruby coloured my hair to perfection and made me feel so comfortable! Kathy your cutting and styling skills are out of this world! the knowledge and artistry is just seeping from everyone in this salon and it's so comforting to know now I can come in and whoever is available will be fantastic ! Yes it's a high price but you wouldn't look for a 20+ year vacuum in the price range of $100 you trust the $600 Dyson, why? Because you know it's authentic and has the brunt to back up its price and this is exactly that ! everyone you get has years of knowledge and anyone that isn't a regular salon visitor and can't spot a goodie (Ive been there) you are home now, enjoy it and take it in! You won't be disappointed! You'll leave giggling with joy everytime like I do ! I'd sum this salon up with PROFESSIONAL WITH A TOUCH OF FAMILY, just beautiful ! Thank you guys again, savannah.

Ruby was amazing & I love my colour!!The team were professional with my colour, treatment, cut & blowdry. Robert is a fantastic stylist, my hair lost so much volume from mid section down due to bleaching blonde with different hair dressers. I wanted to maintain my long hair and save it to look nice and healthy.Robert has worked on my hair and styled it beautifully that it looks healthy and it feels and looks like it has so much volume. The hidden layers and the style is just amazing. Thank you Robert. I love your work.

I have been a regular visitor to Toni&Guy Leichhardt for the past 4 years and always had Rob as my hair stylist.Everyone in salon is very welcoming. The level of hospitality is premium. They put a lot of thoughts into the details in the service. For example, You will get cup a complimentary of freshly brewed espresso or a cup of herbal tea together with some almond biscuit.Rob is a very professional and capable hair stylist. There’s tremendous benefits of having consistency when it comes to hair styling. So don’t think I will go anywhere else for the foreseeable future.One thing could improve is to digitalise the booking platform. Currently, you will need to make a phone call to book your service. That’s fine and someone always picks up the call. However it’d be more efficient if the salon has an online plate form to deal with bookings or taking deposits. Some other considerations including having a online platform for the sales of hair care products or styling equipments.

Horrendously expensive and noticed that my regrowth was still visible once I got home. Also felt very pressured to purchase extra products even though my cut and colour was over $500! I will never be back.

Had an appointment with Kathy today for a cut and style and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, down to earth and was so interested in my upcoming wedding, she made me feel right at home. Fantastic customer service, I highly recommend :)

Kerry was phenomenal! I came to the salon with a very choppy, home done 'haircut' that I did myself with some friends. The next morning I booked an appointment as a first time client and Kerry did such an amazing job. She completely revived my hair. I am so happy with results and the customer service. It is on the pricer side, but that is to be expected for such great quality and service. It was 100% worth it!

Every time I come here I’m always met with great service, attentive care and always leave the salon feeling beautiful. It might be a bit pricey for some, but it’s a small price to pay for feeling your best and with afterpay as an option there’s really no reason not to put your hair in the care of some of the best. Kathy always does an amazing job on my colour, and I love her honesty and knowledge in regards to what would suit each individual person while still catering to what they want. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I’ve enjoyed great service at Toni and Guy for many years. Roberto is an excellent stylist. Always learning and perfecting his craft. And is a genuinely nice person.Kathy is always pleasant and bubbly. Plus gives the most awesome shampoos. Clearly her talents are above her pay rate. I was just lucky to have her spoil me.If you want to look your best, then place your trust in these peoples hands.

Rob always does a great job. I have been going there for the last 2 years and no complaints. Coffee is good and everybody is very friendly. Would highly recommend. My wife also does her colour and style. She worked with Kathy and together they figured out what colour would best suit her and they play her favourite music while she's there.
