Always a pleasure to visit spotlight. Hardly ever leave empty handed and often leave with things I didn't know I needed.Kat on the cutting table is excellent, love being served by them, always happy to help and service with a smile.

This store is very busy but in saying that the store is kept tidy and the staff always willing to help. It doesn't feel like you are a bother. Staff are knowledgeable and pleasant.

Terrible customer service, with staff who clearly couldn't care less about helping or assisting, with attitude! If you hate your job so much that you wish to be rude and don't want to help out a customer! GIVE YOUR JOB TO SOMEONE WHO WILL APPRECIATE HAVING A JOB!!!!

Went there with my wife, she loves it there, and I must admit, it was busy, full of things to bake, make or knit...I was surprised at the shear amount of stuff in there, if you need that sorta thing recommend going there

Have had previous visits to store and been happy with shopping experience....until yesterday.Approached a few staff members for guidance and advice on what product to buy for a project only to be fobbed off and to be dismissed with a hand wave to leave the area. Couldn't believe how rude that was. I was actually so stunned I just left.I guess the girls at the craft counter wanted to finish their personal conversations instead of helping.Worst shopping experience so far.

Didn't have what I needed in the light pad.I asked if you could weed vinyl heat transfer , I was told yes .we'll nope plus when it turned on in the light pad it had a black mesh grid in the middle of it .not as advertised as on packaging as it shined bright white .But staff was friendly and gladly refunded my money once apon retuning the light pad.

Always great stuff in these stores. Haberdashery Sale insane prices. Like this queen bed sheet set half price. But mostly i love all the sewing materials, so my room ends up like this.
