Staff and food good & normal, manager needs to hire more to be able to service the drive through properly so it's not a 15 minute wait with the line blocking the internal access roads into OTR next door. Pretty consistently terrible from 5-8pm.

FULL of SNOT NOSED BRATS that NEED to LEARN to REMEMBER my ORDER I Asked For a 10 piece mcnugget AND THEY gave ME 12 CHICKEN BALLS and told ME that THEY would call the POLICE if I kept on LICKING the SALT off of the TABLES! MAY I REMIND you that I PAYED FOR that SALT!!!.......... Overall good experience XOXOXO

I had the worse meal here a few weeks back. Made a complaint to management online - no response. Tasteless, bland and fatty. Driver thrust menu boards were broken and the console operator had no idea what the menu offers or prices were. Ordered Zingers and received Doubke Tender burgers.

It's chicken. It's fried. It tastes like what I imagine Kentucky tastes like.As far as take away goes this certainly is one and as good a KFC as I've been to. The staff are always exceptionally friendly and work hard.

Friendly staff offering good Customer service. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait in the drive thru though.I love the spicy sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger. This Burger will fill you up, it's huge!Also comes with 3 Wicked wings in the meal deal which are delicious.Hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted. Great dipped in the flavoursome gravy.

This has by far been the best KFC restaurant I have been to compared to the others ranging from Munno Para to The Riverland. The drive-thru was clean from debris as well as the car park. The zinger burger was absolutely amazing with the perfect amount of mayonnaise spread around the bun so you have equal flavour. The chicken was oversized which was exciting to see and the overall flavour combined with the lettuce tasted brilliant. The original recipe burger my friend ate had overflowing lettuce so some was wasted however they also recommended it. The chips had enough salt and flavour that it should be considered a food prize winner of 2022 with the right temperature at serve and neither over or under cooked! Overall I would certainly recommend this KFC outlet to all my colleagues and will definitely keep this trip in mind.

Filled with crumby eshays, playing their horrible rap music on a portable speaker. Very unfriendly people, and I say people as they were loitering and did not buy anything but chose to sit inside, therefore not a customer. Disappointed in the staff here for not removing said crumby eshays as it made my dinner very very unenjoyable. They were also smoking and drinking. They’re all underage! So poor to see kfc support this

Impersonal. Food was dry. Tasted nothing like the KFC of old. Wish they would bring back their old original formula. Even Colonel Sanders said before he left the chicken was awful. However most would not know what the original tasted like. I rarely buy it now.
