I am waiting to receive my new car deposit back from Parramatta Hyundai which I paid on 16th January 2023. They couldn't delivery my car after waiting 4 months. I went to Hyundai Suttons Arncliff they delivered new car in 4 days with complementary extras.If you are in the market for a new car and you have plenty time to waste and like to be treated like you are invisible or don't exist at all, please go to Parramatta Hyundai and see sean".P.S. Person who sold this car was really nice. But rest of the staff was so unwelcoming that at one point I wanted to say no to everything there. I wanted to come back. Only I think was Jeffery sales person was good. Rest sitting in their cabin with full of attitude of nothin and no hello or hi at all u can check the cctv footage how they treat their customers coz that’s I got treated. I was being so nice but still had to go through that bad experience. The only thing was it wasn’t from the sales person. But was from people who checked if my account is clear or not also from lady who checked the paperwork before giving the key.

They got me a new i30 Elite Sedan 1 month earlier than expected. The Colour I wanted and then had it car trailered up to me in rural NSW. Great people to deal with and a great price, not to mention a lovely car to boot. Would highly recommend.

Even 1 star is a stretch. Terrible service sums them up. Booked aa test drive only to be cancelled on multiple times & then told was not going to be possible & had to order a car if I wanted to test drive... anyway, I called up to order & was sworn at & hung up on. I ended up ordering the car with a promised 6 month lead time & took 16 months, with NO COMMUNICATION from the dealer unless I followed them up with each time just being told something else.I know COVID had an impact on delivery times, but there were other people ordering the same or a similar car later than myself from this & other dealers all around the country that took delivery before me. Not to mention the final price was actually $1200 more then the contractually agreed amount. I will never no use Parramatta Hyundai again.

I messaged the dealer via their website and Jeffrey replied. Then he rang me a few hours later and we arranged for me to come in. When I got there with my family he was busy but the sales manager was very informative and looked after us till Jeffrey was free. We bought the car then n there. When I picked up the car all the accessories and paper work were completed. It was a great experience.
