Love the food and friendly staff. Limited choices but is good enough . Ordered the seafood salad and chicken udon and it's just the right order for cold weather.

Sooo fresh and great potion and price!!How tick the sashimi was!I’m so happy to find this real Japanese restaurant. Their teishoku was great taste and great price too! The best Japanese restraurant I’ve ever had.I really recommend and definitely come back!

Luck Sushi Japanese Restaurant
Everything was good from the marinated ginger salad, sashimi, tempura to the beef and pork. Quality was a bit above average and service was good. The Japanese lady was very polite. The environment was quiet, good sound-proof store. I couldn’t here the noise from outside, that was the main road and highway. Suitable for small family and couple who enjoy quiet dining experience.

Such a great find, the food is delicious and so very fresh, mixed sashimi is a must. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating.

Food is good but don't expect there is any customer service.The restaurant wasn't busy. We were seated and more than 20 minutes wait just for the menu. It took us 15 minutes to wait for the bill because the staff was cleaning the table with no one waiting for the table.Poor time management with the staff

So happy that my children have fresh, well priced Japanese in Willoughby. Kids can now get healthy after school snacks or dinners as take out is available. Also fun night out to dine in with locals.

Came here for lunch on a weekday and ordered the Spicy Karaage Chicken bento. There was a good selection of food - rice, chicken, tempura and some salad. Comes with miso soup too. Tempura was slightly heavily battered and the dipping sauce so mild in flavour that couldn't really taste much in the sauce. Chicken was very generous serving although probably not the traditional karaage I'm used to - wasn't crunch on arrival (likely due to the spicy sauce poured over the chicken). The sauce was unfortunately a bit of a let down also given it wasn't spicy. Salad was ok. Food would have been rated probably closer to a 3/5 but service was great and you can't dispute the value at $13 pushing it to an overall 4/5. A friend who I came with did say the dinner menu was a lot better so may try that next time.

The food of Luck Japanese Restaurant is delicious and the sashimi is fresh in taste. The delivery of the food is fast and the staff are nice. I have tried the sashimi, sushi, roll and undo, all of them are recommended. As the roll are made with rice and the size is big, if only 2 person can consider to order in 2 times in case too full, because we felt full after eating half of them. If you are 2 people, the sashi dragon boat would be a good choice for you. The last thing is the price is little higher compared to the other Japanese restaurant nearby.

Not very happy with no flexibility. The have a mix nigiri set of 6 with some salmon and avo roll for $19 but they can't provide all nigiri set with only Salmon which they did previously. They want me to upgrade my set. At Rockdale freshly made nigiri set of 10pcs cost only $15 and they are very fresh as this shop is very busy. Very overprice japanese eatery. If you are having lunch special is worth it. The plus is food are fresh
