insisted on my paying $130.00 call out fee to come to my house for 5 mins and quote more for a service than purchasing a new one. If you didn't want the work don't bother, but charging people $130 when you make no genuine attempt to provide real competitive quotes or the intent of actually doing the work is absurd. I would avoid at all costs.

Do not use these guys... I got scammed by them !!!!I took the day off work and PAID $141.90 for their technician to DIAGNOSE my air conditioner fault code and give me a quote to repair it.Once the technician left my house an email came thru with the quote of $3k to clean the filters and diagnose the problem.What was the $141.90 for?? I thought that was to diagnose the issue?? I want a refund please and I'll go somewhere else.I gave you a call but didn't get any help from the lady who said her name was Ben" on the phone.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"
