Attended Monolith festival here and it was an awesome venue for it. Lots of space and the whole area was under cover without it being inside" which is great for a music venue in Melbourne. Hoping to see some more gigs here in the future"

Across the road from the rival Timber Yard, both competing for the same large scale, industrial event space market. They seem to be fighting in the same weight class, so it's a close one...

This was a quality music venue. In fact one of the best set up and ran I've ever been to. The sound was good, space had heaps of crowd room, with multiple areas to get a good view of the bands. It also had areas with couches to sit and chill and a space for food trucks. The place also had heaps of bars, with really efficient lines (maybe too many staff, you could get served straight away!). Also heaps of toilets. The redo of an old air hanger/warehouse really works.Public transport to the venue is non existent, I drove rather than taking the shuttle bus, and thanks to the reviewer before me who suggested parking along Williamstown road, the walk is less than ten minutes. The Smashing Pumpkins crowd was a bit lame, I think people forgot how Moshes work but that's hardly the venue's fault!

I'm sure this venue is great for what it was designed for (art I assume) but as far as concerts, it is a poor venue. Poor visibility of the stage, difficult to access toilets and dirty wet floors in part of the concert area. The bar did not serve wine at all...thats right, the world's most popular alcoholic beverage not served at a bar by choice! Went to see Smashing Pumpkins. The band were great to listen to but why they chose a third rate venue like this over say Margaret Court or Rod Laver, I will never understand.

A really unique and exciting venue for events. Love the converted warehouse space with lots of outdoor area around to get fresh air or to take in a break. Definitely one to visit if a gig/event is held that is of interest to you.

I feel sorry for sound engineers trying to make great bands sound good in there. Saw Smashing pumpkins and Jane's addiction, acoustics are awful in this shed. Legends let down by a venue not suitable for live music. I still love these bands, very charismatic through it all.

Great industrial venue, went for a mini festival ( smashing pumpkins/amyl and the sniffers/Jane's addiction) Quick service on food , drinks and even merchandise. Not the usual festival madness. Great sound all around. Could even walk straight into a toilet cubicle.

I went there to see Smashing Pumpkins and I really loved the 'industrial' setting and vibe. The acoustic was also fantastic, which gives the place extra points. It's a great venue for concerts!

Excellent venue for live music. In the main factory section the sound quality was amazing for smashing pumpkins. Easy to access via a short walk.Wouldn't suggest getting an uber after the gig as the punters leaving the show make for a long drive. Best to park up on Williamstown Rd and walk or use a lime scooters to get to public transport
