Dental Care on Pulteney

I was recently recommended to the team at DCOP by a colleague and was very impressed by the professionalism and friendly nature of Dr Maggie Ao, Tanja and Abby who all assisted me across multiple appointments. I was given a thorough assessment of my dental health which was communicated clearly and without judgement (I'd neglected my dental health for some time). At all times I felt comfortable during the work I needed, sharing plenty of laughs and jokes (when communication was possible). The environment was pleasantly positive! I left with my teeth in good nick and a smile on my face. I strongly recommend the team at DCOP and it wont be my last visit.

Very happy with my first visit to Dental Care on Pulteney. The booking process was smooth and easy. Furthermore the day prior my visit I sent a message via their contact form on their website with questions about BUPA, quote, refund process etc and all my questions were answered quickly and professionally with plenty of details so I felt confident and not stressed about my first visit, I knew everything so no bad surprise. Dr Maggie Ao (and her assistant) was as lovely as professional and she did an exceptional job throughout the whole dental exam, scale and clean. I liked her attention to details and I felt she really delivered a great service. She was very patient and nice and explained everything to me and I was very happy with the result. My teeth are super clean now and I feel I have found a great dentist I can trust! I have seen Dr Maynard at Dental Care on Pulteney three times this year and all have been a great experience. She is always friendly, gentle, informative and thorough. She is particularly great at explaining my issues in simple terms I can understand and different avenues for treatment (as I have had a lot of issues in the past). All of the staff are very friendly, always on time and make a dental check up very easy. Will be going back for years to come.

We have been taking the family, including small children for many years and have always had a great experience.
