Mark was so professional and knowledgeable with his service. This service was effective and efficient. Not only did mark respect our requests he also cares for the native wildlife and did not spray out the back of my house. Mark exterminated our ant problem as we had a black ant nest in our window sill. Instant eradication. We also had a ant colony coming in the front door. Mark followed the ants outside the house to the camp nests they had in the driveway carpark and exterminated the nests out the front. He went above and beyond. I recommend this service as we will be using this service in the future. He also gave us a written guarantee for warranty and written information on what to expect after-care. Mark also gave us ant poison n instructions on how to administer safely if the ants should return. Perfectionist.

I am still waiting for the balance of my refund to be paid which your business agreed to.I raised my termite concerns and customer feedback with Nathan over 2 weeks ago. You've deliberately dragged a resolution out when this should have been resolved within a couple of days.What started as a great experience with your business with the booking and initial termite inspection, has progressively got worse to the extent that I think your business is very unprofessional.You clearly have no idea in handling customer feedback/complaints and you use unethical business practices to cover up your mistakes.This is off the back of me discovering that your business missed locating numerous termite nests/sites close to my home and shed from the termite inspection and follow up treatment day.It's not a customers responsibility to manage your businesses customer service!
