Bunnings Notting Hill

About a year ago I moved into the local neighbourhood and felt inspired to fill my new home with plants both indoors and out. However, I knew nothing about plants and had never owned nor cared for any plants in my entire life. So naturally I hit the local Bunnings store (Notting Hill), befriended the nursery team and became a regular visitor and customer over the subsequent months. The nursery team taught me how to care for plants from scratch. They showed great patience and passion in sharing their knowledge which I really appreciated. The store also had everything I needed to set up a greener home, from loppers to pots and everything in-between. The nursery is very well maintained and stocked, with frequent new additions in plants that kept bringing me back for more. For example, I was able to procure a philodendron imperial green (see attached photo) with the help of Bunnings staff and I am sure you will agree that it is a real beauty! So, thank you to the Bunnings team (in particular Nichola) for playing a significant role in my plant journey.

They changed some staff. Thank goodness. If I won a million I'd go nuts at the store. Able to purchase everything I wanted when I went owner builder to extend our home. Never have I been disappointed.

Fantastic store and staff, I recently moved but will go out of my way to still come back whenever I need anything. I have gotten a lot of help from those working there, most notably Chenaye and Nicola in nursery and Jayden with a plumbing issue. Keep up the good work and you'll have a lifetime customer.

Notting Hill Bunnings is a weird one. It's in a repurposed warehouse and because of this it doesn't have the standard layout. Visiting various Bunnings frequently, I generally know where everything is and can get what I need quickly. However here, a lot of sections are in different areas and took me ages to find. Thankfully staff do know where everything is, and everything I needed was in stock. So the 1/2 a dozen things I needed from different sections took me instead of 15 minutes, closer to an hour! I asked at least 4 staff for locations and every single one was friendly, cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Real customer service from everyone from the greeters to the cash register staff!

Went to a garden workshop there hosted by the rainbow haired girl, she was amazing, extremely talented and knowledgeable. Looking forward to attending the next one!All staff were lovely and friendly!

Harry at Notting Hill was efficient and professional dealing with my product return today . The staff are friendly but Harry was exceptional I have never been treated so well at any Bunnings store ever! I’m in my 50s and a long term customer at Bunnings, this is the only time I’ve ever been tempted to review the service it seriously was a fantastic end to a difficult transaction today. Please measure your staff by this young man and I would insist a commendation by his management is absolutely essential.

Best customer service from Lily. Helped me with everything i wanted and more. She was very thorough and helped willing with everything. If i could give 100 stars i would. Give her a raise.

Typical Bunnings. Stock missing in lighting. Empty sections in the plant dept but stock was being replaced. Keeping water up to the plants always an issue. Not a lot of staff available. Rear entrance is badly signed and hard to see.

I needed 2 long pieces of timber. I was able to organise free complimentary trailer hire to transport it home.The staff were very friendly and helpful.
