I don't often write reviews, but after the brilliant service I received from Graham and Andrea it was a must.Just want to start by giving a big thank you. I worked with Andrea for over 6 months to sort out my perfect engagement ring design. I truly appreciate the patience and the advice along the way. The bigger brand stores quickly lost interest in 'designing' a ring with me..When it came to putting it all together Graham was a true master. He took the time to walk me through the process showing me what makes a good ring.Will definitely be back for the wedding bands!Thank you again team Tighe!

I usually don’t write reviews but Tighe jewellers at kingsway are 5 star in all aspects .. took my gold anklet in to be repaired at their busiest time of the year , Received it within 2days ..Megan provided excellent customer service and the workmanship is exceptional at an affordable price ..I have drop off more jewellery to be repaired .. I will be recommending Tighe jewellers to friends and family ..

My fiancé and I had a great experience designing her custom engagement ring with Tighe jewellers.I literally asked every jeweler in Western Australia, to help us find the stone we were looking for and it seemed like it was impossible untill we met the Tighe jewellers. The stone we were looking for was a 2ct S&P diamond.I initially met with Ameena, she understood what we were looking for, and was speedy with her correspondence. The owners Andrea and Graham were able to track down that particular stone overseas and import the stone for us.We discussed the intricate ring design and their design team put together a few CAD models of what the stone would look like in the ring setting. The design team worked with us incrementally, refining the CAD models several times untill my fiancé was happy.The final design also included a heart shaped diamond on the wedding ring that was hard to find, but like always, I knew they would come through. And they did. The final product was absolutely stunning. Price was very reasonable and transparent, will true copies of all certicatificates provided including the materials used to make the ring.I definitely recommend Tighe jewellers, not only because they managed to find us a stone that no other jeweller in WA was able to; but also because they always deliver, with flawless workmanship and are very reasonably pricing.

Had my wedding and engagement rings soldered together at Tighe Jewellery Studio and the service I recieved was fantastic. Lovely staff, quick service and got my rings back looking better then when i dropped them in! Highly reccomend!

We were recommended this business's city branch which is now closed, so we went to the one in Kingsway s/c, hoping to discuss customising an engagement ring.When we got into the shop, the younger man shop person behind the counter and an older woman customer just could not stop talking about other stuff after she has finished what she needed to do in the shop, even after seeing us waiting there for quite a while, they still did not want to stop talking.We were waiting for them to stop talking about their own personal stuff, so that we could be served, but every time when the conversation was just about to end, the young man shop person would engage again with her to talk about more non business stuff.When we were about to sit down and prepare for a longer wait, finally an older gentleman in the back room saw us waiting for quite a while, he came out to serve us, and even he couldn't stop looking at the younger staff ,wondering why he was not trying to serve us, even then the two still could not stop talking.On a funny note, they should get a room".On a serious note

We would like to thank Andi for all your help with designing my husbands signet ring that he had set with diamonds in the Star of David. Mine was a lot simpler. To Graham for making this ring we thank you. To the staff at the Kingsway store, such friendly and professional service.

Can highly recommend this business. Have had several items cleaned, bought and made. Staff and service are excellent and we will continue to visit this store. Recently had a ring designed for my mother who is over the moon with it and can't praise them enough. Special thank you to Amena and everyone involved.

I've been personally using master jewellers (TIGHE) for a very long time now, well over 4 years which I originally got recommended through Prouds Wanneroo. They've had multiple jewellers and front desk staff since then (I really liked Jess - went above & beyond). I've recently had a few men's gold chains repaired and can't fault there work still - I love the complementary polish & shine - had my chains looking like brand new again.
