My wife and I were a bit reluctant to have our wedding day filmed when planning our wedding, but having been told by other couples that they regretted not having a video of their ceremony we arranged videography services through Katriese at Through the Wild Photography. And we're so glad we did!Katriese provided us with an excellent videographer (Sarah) who provided us with the perfect wedding day video. She was also very responsive and approachable throughout the process. Katriese was very professional, easy going and easy to work with. My husband and I aren’t very comfortable around cameras but we barely noticed with Katriese taking our photos. She made it so fun and made space for us to make memories.Thankyou so much!!

We had a family photoshoot with Katriese and OH MY GOODNESS the pictures were STUNNING! I was blown away by them! My kids are really shy and not good with strangers so I was a little worried beforehand, but they were absolutely perfect with Katriese! She has such a gentle soul and vibe the kids felt instantly comfortable with her and she was able to capture such candid and beautiful pictures!I would highly recommended for all your Perth photography needs.

Katriese has been amazing through our whole photography journey. From the beginning introducing herself with a cute/professional video from my initial enquiry to book her. Super accommodating when I asked to add in some pictures in my wedding dress to our family shoot, nothing was out of reach or too hard.This is not to mention the amazing sneak peeks that we have received so far! Katriese recently did our engagement shoot in Fremantle. This is one talented woman. We received our gallery just a few days later and we were very impressed. The light is perfect and my partner and I look fabulous - even if we do say so ourselves. Katriese made us feel really comfortable (as I was pretty awkward about the whole thing) and she suggested poses which felt and looked natural. Katriese has an eye for the composition of the picture. We are very happy and very much looking forward now to our wedding pictures.

We have used Through The Wild Photography twice now- once for family photos and once for my daughters first birthday cake smash. Nothing was too hard for Katriese, even when the kids didn’t cooperate at times. Her attention to detail is second to none and she made us feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Her communication leading up to our photography sessions, in regards to props, outfits and location, was truly appreciated. Katriese’s photos are absolutely amazing and I was so happy she captured such beautiful images for us.
