I was asked if I 'had a man' to explain the service provided by Holden because the service operator found it difficult to explain it to a woman. The service is poor here. I would not recommend them. They ask for loan vehicles to be filled up with fuel after use - note, this is a franchise recommendation, it's not regulated.

Very poor quality control.Need of a quality controller as the service advisors are poor the service manager will not see you because Stuart is scared to rectify poor work ethics.

72000km service. I would never go back to them because of a lot of issues. One being booked service in my name and received an account in my husbands name and he had passed away over 12 months prior. To this day I don't know where they got his name as it was no longer on anything connected to the car.

Zupps Holden Mt Gravatt has gone downhill, now located with the Subaru franchise and I don’t recommend booking here at all.Firstly when trying to book, the phone kept ringing out and finally left a voicemail asking for a call which was never returned. Finally got through and at drop off, the service person just took my keys, didn’t ask what needed addressing so figured they should be able to work it out.An hour later I’m texted that my car is ready and ask if they looked at windscreen wipers and brake light as I’d got a notification - they had to go back and check the brake light. They said they didn’t replace windscreen wipers because they recommend getting genuine Hyundai parts - could have called me prior to coming back so I could make a decision on that.I just wanted the issue fixed so asked them to replace which was a big fuss of them finding someone to do so meaning I had to wait another 30 minutes. Whilst waiting I saw on the PDF sent through that they also recommended the air filter be replaced which wasn’t mentioned to me, I asked and they said they didn’t have the stock so now have to book that in. Terrible customer service and won’t be back.
