This company, go's well and truly above any company I have ever delt with, and if you have a problem or a simple question, they will get I'm contact almost before you have put your phone down, the GM is a wonderful gentleman that speaks to you personally, not some minion @ a call centre.And Steve will fix thing's even when it had nothing to do with him.I can not speak highly enough of this company and its GM, he is honest and if he feels that the product may not benefit what you need, he will suggest other thing's that may help. Not pushy in any possible way.If you are looking for furniture that can change your life, with fantastic customer service and feedback,ACAQ & Steve is well worth looking into.And distance is absolutely No problems to this company, and the guy's that deliver and set up your Chair or other furniture, go way above what you expect from delivery person's, they lay sheets down on your floor, remove their boots if it is wet or muddy, they explain how everything works, they check that everything work's as it should and they leave your room in pristine condition, they take away all the packing.And are Covid compliant.Please give ACAQ a go you will be so overwhelmed at how professional the whole system is, from the time you fist enquire about their products all the way throughout the life of your furniture.They are NDIS approved and you can pay off over a period of time or pay outright and they keep the payments very affordable even when you are on a pension and waiting for NDIS to get their head's out of the sand.

Pillows are absolutely amazing and so comfortable. Beautiful night sleep.Beds are super awesome too.Owner and Staff are super helpful and very friendly.Highly recommended

One of the measurements was misleading the depth of the seat part of it is the cushioning of the foot rest. Also the two motors are not independent they are both for lift and recline. I should have tried one first if I had of I would have kept looking or paid to fix old one. They were very helpful and quick with delivery and set up and even assisted in removing the old one. They are still very supportive even though I am not happy with chair but mostly my bad as I should have tested it out first but Thanks heeps anyway.

Owner and staff are absolutely marvelous. No pressurised selling. received my bed within 10 days AND he took my old bed away.I cannot recommend this company (Australian owned) enough, should be able to give 10 out of 10 stars
