Steve and his team at the Balcatta Branch provided an outstanding performance and service to my car. They were able to pinpoint [potential faults/issues of my car and give solutions/choices moving forward, whilst being totally honest and upfront about everything - no hidden agendas.I highly recommend Steve and his skills in customer-care and competent knowledge of car maintenance. If you are like me that does not have a complete knowledge of cars, just ask Steve and he will guide you in the right direction.

120,000 service. Dont know what you used to clean the inside of the windscreen guys, but it was as smeary as hell and I had to pull over and clean it as it was almost impossible to see through when the sun was on it. Also, when spraying the tyres with (whatever it is you use to make them look clean) please dont overspray ónto the body panels.

I have used Ultratune for years, however the last time I did they went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Very helpful, polite and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing friendly service. Attended to my Jeep from a prompt last minute booking. New Radiatorchange a tune up service and a new battery later on the same day. Costed me a mint but got me.rolling out in the dunes rather same day later. Thanks again will be back.

Randomly chose this place to service my car when moving to area 2 yr ago. They’ve been awesome. Never felt ripped off or cheated, always honest with us. We take both cars here. Highly recommend.
