My nail has became swollen and infected since the day I got my pedicure done here. Booked an doctor appointment and need to go get my whole toenail removed. What an experience!

Have recently moved back into the area and the nail technicians at this business always do my gel nails with care and precision, and considering I use my hands a lot in busy retail work shifts, they last really well! This place is clean and tidy overall too , and I've been here quite a number of times now, and will be back :). Thank you ladies.

I had a refill for my nails today. The staff did then patiently and carefully. Smooth finish and even colouring.

Staff were very friendly. Doesn’t have that strong smell that you normally get in other nail salons. Nice interior and clean. A bit over priced. Around $95 for manicure and pedicure.

I went there to do my nails twice and every time it was a botched job. They didn’t even file my nails properly, and the shape was off. I asked for square shape and they gave me nails that look like a trapezium. Paid $85 just for it to come out looking like an amateur manicure.

Dirty Equipment, they wash equipment in your foot water. I now have a nail infection. The nails were painted nicely, but just not worth the unsanitary conditions. Avoid like the plague!

Have been to salon 2 times before and noticed tools are not cleaned at all.Very rude I phoned to see if I could come in and a young girl told me come down in 20mins. When I arrived there were 2 school aged girls who could speak English, one of them told the others I had phoned but they completely ignored her and myself. Did not look up or even try to interact just spoke with heads down. Was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I just ended up saying don't worry about it and walked out.

First time being here and I get multiple toe infections. REALLY unhygienic, I will be making a formal complaint to public health & safety and hopefully they fix it or shut it down.

I went to get a full set of acrylics with gel. The one who did my nails was rude, impatient, was definitely talking about me to her colleague in a language I couldn't understand, because I couldn't decide on colour quickly. The quality was very poor. The technique and quality was poor. The nails didn't look good at all. I didn't like the first colour I chose so we changed it. Al cost 70 bux and was ther worst my nails have ever looked. Will never return there and don't recommend that anyone else does either. Worst customer service too!
