Great customer service from initial contact making a phone call to getting the product explained and shown on site by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We bought Eartec UL4S UltraLITE 4 person headset system to be used on a boat, very pleased with the product. Now we know why they are called “Marriage savers”!! We highly recommend Rubber Monkey and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I ordered a product I have been wanting to buy for some time after I saw it on Rubber Monkey's website.I requesting a price match and they responded in agreeance very fast to my request.My order was dispatched the next day and I received it in only a few days.The packaging of the order was fantastic.I would have no problem ordering a more fragile product, knowing it would also arrive safe and unbroken.Very happy with the service I received and will definitely be ordering from here again.Very competitive pricing and extensive range of products!Highly recommended business!

Absolutely outstanding service from Laura at Rubber Monkey. We had a super tight deadline, there was a slight bit of confusion with the website saying it was in stock, but Laura pulled some strings and got it all to me with two days to spare. Give her a pay rise, I say!

Excellent service, well packed product that arrived in one piece even though the courier was slow, had dented the outside box and failed to follow delivery instructions. I don't blame Rubber Monkey for that. The product supplied was as promised and price was good. Will use again.

Absolutely outstanding combination of the cheapest price and fast delivery. Everything I’ve bought comes from NZ but there is NO delay in delivery. About 5 business days from New Zealand and faster than from the other states of Australia. I also am in awe of a website which works so well. Type in your search term without being too accurate and it WILL be found. Products: 10mm Z mount fisheye lens and replacement ball head for an old tripod.
