Had a very disappointing dinin experience at Sage.When booking on Friday 12/5 2023 for Sunday 14/5/2023, there was no mention of 2hr sitting. We were informed of this 2hr sitting when drinks were ordered at counter.Family members were 10 mins late for our 8am booking. We ordered within 5 minutes of family arriving. At 8.55 a staff member came to our table and stated to us that were we happy to have our breakfast as takeaway, as kitchen stopped cooking at 9am. I stated that we were not having our breakfast as a takeaway meal. Staff memner stated , well you were late, and made a face when I stated that we would be eating in the restauarant. Meals were cold when deliverd to table.will not be going to this establishment again.Very poor attitude.

Food was delicious, were happy to add fresh tomato to my toasted croissant. Cheesecake was delightful, sweet but not overly sweet. Definitely recommend!

Booked in for Mothers Day Breakfast at 9.30am - by 11.30am we still hadn’t received our food. When we first walked in we were offered a table that was completely soaked wet, with the chairs all dripping wet as well, we had to organise our own table outside and dry it off ourselves. We ordered our meals and after 2 hours we still hadn’t received our food or any update from the staff, we asked how long until we would get our food and was told they were only just starting to make it - the restaurant was serving lunch and we still hadn’t received our breakfast from 9.30am… got our money back and left along with a few other tables that had been waiting around the 2 hour mark as well. The place was operating on a set menu for Mother’s Day with bookings between 9am-11.15am, we waited well after the Mother’s Day breakfast session had ended to still get absolutely nothing.What a joke. The only good thing I can say is that the young girls working there are lovely.

Food was pretty great overall but the server was otherwise. Attempting to slide drinks over to customers on numerous occasions and having them fall over. The server was also rude and passive aggressive.

Great food and great service. The outside is nice and the inside is air-conditioned... Coffee is good too and service was quick.
