Holden Hill Carpet Court

Attended the Holden hill store for a quote on Monday and by Thursday still no quote. Everything seemed too hard or was told that doing stairs was too expensive and too hard without even asking my budget. Very disappointed in the attitude of the sales consultant. I actually ended up leaving in tears.

I don't know which Carpet Court the other reviewers were talking about as our experience couldn't of been better. They were prompt and on time for the initial measure, the service we received when went to the showroom for our selections was great and our quote was received the next day.The quote we received was much lower than the other 3 we had received.Installation was carried out 2 weeks later, our installer Adam and his crew were courteous, professional and on time. The floors look amazing.A big thanks to all the people at Holden Hill Carpet Court.

The whole process was great. I changed my mind about the original flooring I had chosen when I was shown a different sample that was better suited to my new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. The layers were fantastic, they moved everything and more. Highly recommend Holden Hill Carpet Court.

Fantastic people there at Carpet Court in Holden Hill! They even arranged a home visit while giving correct advise that should paint the room with roof, cornices walls and skirting boards before installing new carpets with them because they not only gave us the best price, but Nathan who came out to give the quote was so patient and professional bacuse I had to also have a second quote done at the time with ADT security.He knew exactly what was the best colour for our new carpets, plus arranged for us to be able to dump the old carpet and underlay at no extra charge. Highly recommend them, not just because they had the best price, but simply the best customer service I ever experienced from any industry or service provider. Will done to them all and hence had to leave an honest review. God bless.

Super-happy with new carpet from Holden Hill Carpet Court. Found Wayne and Tracey both helpful and good to deal with, and the guy they had lay the carpet was great too. Whole process was seamless and straightforward with no hiccups. Was a few weeks from ordering until laying, but was advised of this upfront, so happy to wait having been aware from outset. Also appreciated having the same person who helped me out in showroom come to do in-home measure and quote. Can recommend and would be more than happy to get carpet from them again.

Were told they would come to install at a certain time and noone rocks up and didn't get a phone call and then call them and they say sorry but been a mixup but they'll still come that day but it will be hours later. Also, I was under the impression carpet installers would vacuum after installing new carpet but nope just took their bulky rubbish and left. Felt like they did the bare minimum.

I would put a -1 if I could. They were prompt to give a quote and when I wanted to book the installation, I had limited to no response for 3 days. On the 3rd day when I was frustrated, it was suggested to me to go for a quote elsewhere - which I did - probably the best decision.

We had many issues while having are flooring installed. What should have been an exiting time with upgrading our house, was turned into a problematic process. The installer had a disgusting attitude and was argumentative during the entire install, and he wanted to charge extra for things that were already quoted. We had such an awful time arguing and listening to him complain about the job he had to do and once completed, the final product was far from what we desired. We will never use this company again!Carpet Court also delete their google account quite often to remove any negative reviews.
