Phoned to get a quote. The salesman came to measure and quote for 3 replacement sliding wardrobe glass doors (rest of existing wardrobe was fine) it was an urgent job. The door and tracks were replaced within 4 hours on the same day.FastEfficientFriendlyReasonable priceHighly recommend

I had 3 wardrobes installed. 2 by Sliderobes and 1 from another company. The 2 that were done by Sliderobes have detached from the ceiling and the walls! The other one from another company is good as new! Sliderobes wants to charge a $120 call out fee on top of any repairs as 'movement' and 'weight' aren't covered in their policy - if that were the case the other wardrobe would have been affected too.Just poor workmanship and poor customer service!

A very helpful and engaging consultant who visited to measure up and to prepare the quote. Some good advice was provided when comparing alternative quotes. The installer was excellent and we ended up with a great wardrobe. Very helpful team who helped us with all aspects of the task. Thanks for a wonderful and positive experience.

The guys and ladies at this business are simply amazing and I was lucky enough to stumble across them via Google only to be contacted almost immediately and an appointment arranged soon after. After they attended my property with an even more professional and spot on appointment adherence, I was provided with a very reasonable quote and full explanation of what it includes, as soon as I accepted the quote the wheels were in motion almost immediately and a short time later and I do mean a “short time” the installer turned up and completed the job in a timely fashion with a professional smile and cleaned everything after he was done. The quality is simply amazing!!!!!!

Went with sliderobes at higher price than other quotes for apparent quality and fast turn around. Installation/ joinery team did a great job with some custom angles. But completion of doors was late, they demanded payment be made before or immediately upon completion, therefore making it difficult to view satisfactory completion before paying. They then also charged an additional $70+ in card fees" (accepting only cash or card for immediate payment) which they did not provide a tax invoice for. Very unhelpful and unaccommodating in delivery of doors 1 week after quoted completion date. Not recommended."

From start to finish I was impressed with the service and knowledge by the team at Sliderobes. My job wasn't straight forward it required advice, skill and experience. The team were able to guide me through the best product for me and their assistance in focusing on a tailor made solution for me made them a pleasure to deal with.Would definitely refer and call on them again and again.

I did a Wardrobe with them in sept. A staff came in quotation n he was friendly n draw the wardrobe as we discussed on their standard quotation paper.After installation it went totally different to what we have discussed. There was 10cm depth shelves and couldn't put anything on, and drawer not as we discussed.Installer requested payment on the spot n asked me to call their office with all the problems.Spoke to a lady, she claims she is the owner, who was extremely rude. Declined any fault they have n suggested me to put Lego pieces on those shelves. They claimed their quotation drawing all not in scale.Check all the small writting on their quotation paper n everything was very misleading. As other reviews unfair payment term n no warranty, and rude customer service.I ended up need to go tribunal with this company. I done two whole house renovations and this was one of the smallest job n the only company I had to go to tribunal.Save yourself trouble later go more reputable company. I never had such bad customer service experience from any business before.*** As their requested, I removed all the names from the review. Very rude n not willing to rectify anything.

We had a bedroom sliding wardrobe installed by Sliderobes. Very reasonable and fantastic prompt service, it was under 7 days from quote to installation. There were a couple of unforeseen things when the old wardrobe was taken out, but the installer was able to provide helpful solutions to these. Would happily recommend.
