Avoid this store location. I have shopped at countless Bed, Bath and Table stores for over 15 yrs, spending a couple of thousands of dollars over that time. I attended the Cockburn store recently and was served by the person included in the photo. Either they need some serious retraining or they should start looking for a new job. Absolutely no people skills. She totally avoided any eye contact. No smile and just snatched my money as though they wanted to be anywhere else but in the store. Grumpy, disrespectful and downright rude. Her behaviour has changed my point of view of this business. If you encounter her in the store, look for another shop keeper to help you or serve you. Very helpful staff

I've gone to this store multiple times, love the brand but today was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store in Success. I wanted to purchase a couple of cushions in different colours, the sales person went in to check but couldn't find the number I was looking for and offered to order it for delivery from another store but I'd still have to come in and pick up. I have a 5 month old baby so coming to the store I explained wasn't easy for me and I'd look at making this purchase online. To this the clerk was rude, I went to check the names of the cushions and found rude clerk talking about me to her colleague.Again love the brand but will never go back to this store

Nice location and friendly staff

Not impressed with the lady that served us today. She had ask my friend what he was after as my friend has a stutter he struggled to get his words out. The rude lady that served up replied to us in a stuttering way K K K king is that what you were after. My friend replied I have a stutter there was no real apology for this blunt rudeness from this server she knew she stuffed up and just tried to upsell the stock. If it was to me I wouldn't have shopped there. I find this so rude and disrespectful to someone who already has struggle with their stutter let alone being mocked by some customer service women .

A very pretty store inside the Cockburn Gateway shopping center. Lots of nice homewares to choose from at a reasonable price, unfortunately even though I looked online to make sure they had what I wanted, once I got to the store the assistant said she hadn't seen the product there for several months so I left with nothing and was a tad annoyed that I'd wasted my time and effort. The website definitely needs updating to match stock and levels!
