Cinebar Rosalie Village

I accidentally booked for the week after and the staff were very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and made sure our food come alright as well, even though it was my mistake. Not only that but the food was impeccable. I love this little cinema and plan to come many times in the future. Big thank you to all of the staff for all of their help.

Fantastic cinema with cosy theatres, comfy seats and delicious food! If you're lucky enough to attend a premier showing, you're in for a real treat! The Jurassic world opening was spectacularly presented with heaps of on theme decor, snacks and drinks, and the loveliest, super enthusiastic and always helpful staff! And what's better, the whole event came at a very reasonable price.Love ya work Cinebar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was very upset how i paid extra for pre booking and selected my seats, only to find out after sitting down that i had been moved from the front middle the the very back left which is no where near where i paid extra to sit. Also 5 dollars for a 90g bag of twisties thats only 2.50 at woolworths. In the conformation email it advises you to arrive 30 minutes early, but when we got there there was no service upstairs and spent 20 minutes just to make sure we were in the right room, because there was still rubbish and no one else present. Only upside was that the seats were somewhat comfy.

I always used to like this place. However, this changed after winning “free movie tickets” which still involved payment to redeem. Booking online didn’t seem to work so we called and were asked to come down to the cinema. In person, a staff member almost turned us away & made us feel unwelcome for redeeming the tickets. It all felt like a scam and was definitely more trouble than it was worth. A return email was also never seen from management. I’m not sure if we’d feel right ever coming back.

I was full of hope but it was a huge disappointment. While the ticketing staff were great, the queues for food and drink were long, the ordering online didn't work and not once did our orders even arrive and we had to leave the movie on multiple occasions to keep asking where our order was and ultimately collect them ourselves. So disappointing as I was really looking forward to this experience. Won't both going again :( .......for the owner's response, it was Thursday 23rd at 6:30pm....look forward to hearing further from you...

I went to see the new Spider-Man movie here.Loved it!Amazing service with offers to cook food for us even though it was late, and even fun facts about the animation from the man who served us. You would never get that kind of passion or personality at a big cinema!!Also enjoyed the red carpet and cosy atmosphere. It makes it worth taking the trip to the cinema, as well as the amazing custom cocktails made to match the movie you’re watching.

First time at the venue the whole experience was fantastic far better than those multiplex cinemas the food was great as was the drinks and service and i would highly recommend give it a go you will not be disappointed

Overpriced and understaffed I used to love Cinebar and would come here all the time, but things have changed ever since the pandemic, which is sad.message to the owner Please respect opinions before you jump to conclusions and call me. Karen, like I have seen you reply to other bad reviews, read this with an open mind and take on these critiques. This review is based on my personal experiences; they have not all been bad, but the reason I'm giving it 1 star is because these issues have been ignored and not addressed over a significant period of time.Why would anyone pay $9.50 for a basic piece of banana bread and $10 for some hot chips?If you do come here and can afford it, make sure to come 30 minutes early on a busy night. There will be a line, and a big one. There is not enough seating to fit everyone, so expect to stand around and wait to get into your under-maintained cinema. Hopefully your recliner seat works and you don't get the tiny cinema room where the first 2 rows are very close to the screen.Numerous times I have ordered and they forgot to add things I paid for, like adding $4 worth of chicken to a Caesar salad, or they forgot to deliver food at all, apologising for delivering the order far later than everyone else and actually saying sorry we forgot this one" but with no refund or credit for the inconvenience.Seriously

Very pleasant and creative ways, to enjoy watching a movie and be able to have a meal and drinks. Nice cosy ambience, like in your own studio. Great for family and friends gathering together,have a meal and watching a great movie.

This is me and my best friends favourite theatre to visit, we just love it! The staff are so knowledgeable and kind. We booked on the wrong day and they still accommodated to us and made sure we had our meals. Highly recommend this spot for a date night!!
