Don't waste your money or risk your looks with this place. Offers 'discount' prices for a reason, terrible end result STAY AWAY. Go to a proper clinic as she has never had experience in a real aesthetics clinic, she has only ever worked home and the technique/experience/customer service reflects that. Plus only excepts cash with no receipt and I just find this practice dodgy.

I found Kelly through Facebook and as her prices were reasonable and I was time poor, she gave me an appointment at short notice for 29/3 for brow tattooing, which I appreciated. I arrived 10 mins early and we went through the consent forms. I had advised that I had had my brows tinted on Monday but she stated it was fine. All went well, with no pain and very little discomfort (no topical anaesthetic) and I was home within 2 hours including travel. I paid cash and advised Kelly that I do not feel comfortable using online booking and Kelly suggested that I just message her for the recommended follow up appointment in 4-6 weeks.Throughout the healing process I had no discomfort and there was little evidence of scabbing but I did notice that there are very distinct patches that were missed along the upper edges of my brows and and colour shading is very noticeable as my brows taper. I was not concerned about this as I was going for my follow-up at about 5 weeks.I messaged Kelly on Monday requesting a follow up appointment and she replied with a link to an online booking platform. I messaged back asking for an appointment next Wednesday.I received a message back advising that because I had cancelled without 24hrs notice and she had lost money, I had to book and pre-pay online. I replied advising that it was impossible that I had made and cancelled an appointment because I was not due yet. She has not responded to my message, or had the courtesy to explain her mistake.I never made a follow up appointment and now I am left with brows that require fixing due to what I can only refer to as ‘hurried work’!I have concluded that Kelly makes you feel as if she is doing you a favour and will do anything to get you in the door but once you need her to complete her work, you have to do it on her terms.Unfortunately she has mistaken me for another client (I have all messages) and I now am left with poor quality work, therefore I can not recommend Kelly Edwards from K&M Beauty.

Absolutely amazing place. I have always had the worst experience going to other places to get my eyebrows done. But since I started to go to K&M Beauty they are perfect! Always makes me feeling fresh when leaving. Won't be going anywhere else!

She offers cheap prices for her service but it’s not worth it. Better go to professionals and spend a bit more. I thought I’d give her a go because she had good reviews on Facebook and the photos of her work that she posted looked promising. She ruined my eyebrows, I told her I wanted a bold look and did not expect her to shave my eyebrows and made them so much thinner! She then proceeded to microblade them. Stuck with it for at least 2 years. First appointment went well but when I went back she did not care at all she just wanted to get paid. Please avoid and just go to professionals at beauty salons. You really get what you pay for :(

I've been a regular client of K & M Beauty for several years. Do you know the expression 'She's a natural' well this is a perfect description of Kelly - she has a natural talent for anything beauty related and excels at what she does. Kelly has taken my skin from dull and lifeless to glowing purely with her expertise and knowledge of the processes and products she uses. I have recommended Kelly to several friends of mine and I do not recommend people lightly. I cannot recommend K & M Beauty highly enough +++++++++++

I've been going to K&M Beauty for over 2 years now and the exceptional experience I've received in every appointment makes this salon my absolute go to. Such a different feel than other home salons I've been to in the past. Kelly makes ever effort to make you feel comfortable and the quality of her work speaks for itself. Its also so exciting as she is always in training to up her skills and provide new services for her clients. She shows such passion and drive to give her customers exactly what they want. I'd never go anywhere else.
