Had an absolutely lovely experience here! I was served by a wonderful lady named Iva, she spent lots of time with me showing me products, giving demonstrations and providing information about each item. She was very patient, informative and friendly. Can't recommend her enough. Thank you!

The servers here were amazing to my friend and I. Although we were buying presents for other people, we were curious about their range for sensitive skin. After a lot of talking, in order to my waste money, they were amazing and gave me 3 samples to try at home. So amazing and accommodating and genuine as they didn't just want to make a sale and cared for their customers. Fantastic!

My favourite repeat purchase is their White Musk body oil. It is beautiful and the fragrance is long wearing. Since the Body Shop opened in Sydney, I constantly purchased 5 items but over the past few years I am now down to purchasing only one item. All of the four items I used to purchase have been discontinued. Body Shop products are great due to the quality and beauty of it but very disappointing when they discontinue my favourites.

Visited the store today, the staff member was very friendly. The best thing was that she did not rush at all while helping me even when it was just 10 mins remaining for the store to close.

Walked into the store looking for a present for my mother and looked around and browsed for several minutes with my partner and not a single person asked me for help. Everyone else in the store had at least been asked if they needed a hand. It wasn't until my girlfriend asked someone that we got some help, but when I went to ask for something they turned away. I was the only guy in the store, clearly out of my depth, and there were several perfectly qualified female staff members that could've helped me but refused. Would not recommend

Like the loyalty card. The more I buy the more points I get to buy more products next time. Family member likes their ginger shampoo. Try if you have dandruff. Love the lipstick and all in one face base. Staffs please do not put products out close to walkway. Saw a schoolboy picked an item from your shelf then ran away.
