Very recently I asked Terry if he was in the position to help us with our F54 2017 Mini with a dead battery and Terry was extremly helpful and even attended our home to fully replace our dead battery and reprogramme the car to let it know that it has a new battery fitted which is a requirement for this type of car. Terry was professional, prompt and friendly and accomplished the swap over to a T and we are very happy.The Battery Shop Bassendeans pricing was very competitive and fair especially as our Mini required a Stop/Start style battery which is large and more expensive than a standard 12v battery.Great work Terry ! This place definitely deserves a 5 star. Came in with my Mercedes and Terry sorted me out with a new battery. Luckily Terr's shop was open as the battery I needed for my CLS 350 isn't always that easy to find at other battery shops. Great and quick service, to a very good price!

My car battery was dead and needed a replacement. Rang the shop and Terry came to the rescue within 30mins. Terry is a super friendly gentleman and very professional. I asked a lot of questions(really a lot) and Terry answered everyone of them in detail with unprecedented patient. Everything stated on their website is true, they only stock the best brands, years of experience, quick to the rescue and best price guaranteed.
