On 14th of December I took my car in the Blood Mazda Group for some diagnostic testing.While in their yard, an employee has disconnected my front and back DashCameras.I have literally only just realised today 12/01/2023 (nearly a month later) that my dash cameras were not connected.I called Geelong Mazda, they did not even apologise, they just stated “it is their ‘policy’ for the privacy of their staff!”It is absolutely unacceptable that they have never mentioned once in five years, that they will disconnect your Dash Camera while we conduct our service.It is even more unacceptable, because I actually purchased the dash camera from them and they installed it.Owning a dash camera is for security purposes, to protect your car from hit and run drivers in carparks or on the road.It is also a question of accountability, are they actually doing the diagnostic tests and performing the work they are charging you for!?!Would they even own up if someone crashed into the car while it was being serviced?? Highly doubtful.I will never be returning to them for services or parts.

Took my Mazda MX30 in this morning for it's 1000k service. I had arranged to leave it for the day and pick it up after work. Matt, surprised me by saying they would do it straight away, wash it and have me back on the road to be at work by 9am. Well I was at work by 8.50am. What excellent service. Thank you Matt. All the team were friendly and were attentive to all of us in the waiting area. Definitely going back there again.

I had purchased a used guaranteed mazda cx-5 2015 in November, in 6 months I managed to put on it only 5000kms.Through the internal computer, I saw that there were 2 emergency lights I indicating a fault into battery.I brought the vehicle to the original dealer to be told that the battery is not guaranteed (even though the car was purchased as used guaranteed). Bare in mind the car was overly priced (I thought it was because of the 3 years warranty from the car dealer).I was told it was my fault or just bad luck And to replace it I should have paid $45 for the scan or $500+ for a 3 years guaranteed battery...This is not looking after a customer but selling products.This vehicle should have been checked upon selling it and then considered as "used guaranteed"I went to battery world

Took car in for rattling front windows (both), rattling drivers seatbelt, and a very high pitched squeal and gurgling sound all of which nothing was fixed. Car not even ready when they’ve had it all day, no paperwork. They did manage to leave a nice indent on my steering wheel though.Car is just under 7000 kms.Previous car they wrecked the housing around the windscreen. And previous car to that, they not only washed it and left swirl marks all through the paint that had to be corrected I also scored a nice phillips head screwdriver in the back foot wall.And you wonder why no one trusts you and you have terrible google ratings.However the front desk lady was lovely.I will return to mazda until it is all fixed.You think I’d learn. No one wants to deal with Mazda service but after you spend over 40 thousand on a car you’re left with no choice.

Bought a ford focus with them, they said we can get it serviced in any of their showrooms for warranty.But when we bought it and asked can we use any other mazda they said no.We live in reservoir and they want us to come to reservoir.Dealt with a guy called ronnie, so do yourself a favour and avoid them.

As always the staff at Mazda services go above and beyond they were short staffed and things may have taken a little longer but l was always informed of the process they were competent and capable they did there best and you can't ask for more than that Scott Leishman

Just wanted to give my commendation to Matt M who works at the service center, after many months of him helping me get some warranty work done on my car, I'm finally able to enjoy my car fully.Hands down the best experience I've ever had when dealing with car people. Car sales and service industry needs more people like Matt! Thanks to the other people who helped work on my car too! 5 stars

If you see Ronnie in the used car lot walk away. He is a waste of time.First words out of his mouth was am I willing to leave a deposit today. Specifically told him we are looking at a tow vehicle and need to know what we would get for our car as a trade in. As that would depend which way we go (a newer or older BT 50) he had three in the yard all $5000 dearer than there own website.I get the trade in will depend on which car we buy. Liked the BT-50 took it on a drive at his insistence while he got the trade in price. My folks own one which i drive and like. About 45-1hour get back to him. He didn't bothered getting the pricing as I had not locked down a car.Than when I said the wife thought it was too big. He used that to justify why he hadnt bothered.I still need a tow vehicle and it will NOT be Ronnie's sale.
