Stay away !!!!!! ono customer service at all. signed a contract for a new boat 14 months ago only to be stuffed around, no communication and now won't honour the contract after the boat has arrived. You can do much better!!!

On Friday, 3/01/2020, I called past Regal marine to discuss a problem I had with my Bayliner.Cameron was the gentleman I talked to, and he told me to go home, and bring it straight back down, and he would have a look for me.I Didn’t expect him to do it that day, as they are pretty busy at this time of the year.By 4.45pm, he rang me and said it was Ready for pick up, Problem Solved.Now, I normally don’t give out reviews, but credit where credit is Due, These guys were fantastic in all area’s, Customer Service, and the Mechanic’s and Cameron is, a Pleasure to deal with.Would definitely recommended Regal Marine for sureDean Croydon Sth

i bought a used boat of james in october 2016 and found him to be the most honest!!! helpfull!! salesperson i have ever dealt with who went out of his way to help me and would highly recommend james to buy a boat from thanks ian from perth

I was looking for advise on a sounder, I had become totally confused until I was told to try this retail store, it was located in a boating establishment hard to find but so glad I did.Compliments to the young guy there Anthony with his help I ended up spending a lot more but great value and I had them install the unit.Brilliant service and have had mates check there work and all commented on how good the job was.Congrats to Anthony for patience and knowledge

I remember tagging along to get the boat services as a kid. I dropped in today was bitterly disappointed with the direction the business has taken. Staff were short with me and had zero interest in helping, there was barely anything boating, on display and apparently they're going under or getting the boot to make way for townhouses. Can't say I'm surprised with the experience I had.It's not what it used to be.
