I have been going for laser treatment for a year now and would definitely recommend Laser Clinics Australia- Browns Plains. The staff are super friendly, accommodating and do a thorough job of treatment areas. They are also extremely helpful in providing me with the best care plan. I have definitely seen great results so far and will continue to come back here. Alanna is a great laser technician and I highly recommend seeing her!

Have been attending for a few sessions now for both laser removal and skin needling. Staff members have made me feel so comfortable. Claire is a friendly face and has been managing my skin needling and chemical peels and answers any concerns I have. My skin always feels hydrated and clear after each visit.

This review is in no way about the clinic as a whole, more so about 1 technician by the name of Tanya, who I highly recommend you stay away from. Tanya gives laser clinics a bad look!! I’ve been going here for the last couple years for my laser hair removal no problems until now. I was refused service based on Tanya’s opinion and judgement. Apparently you can’t be a white women with a natural tan. Tanya didn’t believe that my skin colour was my natural tan and kept questioning whether I was wearing fake tan, I assured her multiple times no it’s my natural colour. She even asked my nationality and went as far as alcohol wiping my leg without my consent or knowledge. The plot twist is something was on my leg however it was black not orange if it had been fake tan. Tanya was down right rude, degraded me and refused my service, accused me of having fake tan on and then accused me for lying about it. I don’t take being accused of lying lightly, I know for a fact that I did not have fake tan in fact I’ve never ever used fake tan. I like my skin and I’m aware of the risks, I would never want to put my skin at risk of damage. Nothing I said would change her narrative to her story. I asked to speak to Alana the manager. I am so grateful for Alana, she is so lovely! I was so worked up and so upset but she had the time of day to sit with me and figure it all out. I was generally confused why my leg was wiping off black when I had a shower prior and couldn’t physically see anything. Turns out it was fibres stuck to my skin from my new Lorna Jane black thermal tights I was wearing all day. Tip for you ladies don’t wear black thermal tights prior to a laser appointment. After my experience I will now ONLY see Alana or Tyler, that is if I decide to go back. Tanya has really ruined my experience with this clinic and has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.

I won't be using this company ever again. I unfortunately got sick the day of my treatment and doing the right thing, called to cancel. The lady on the phone was sympathetic and even acknowledged how sick I sounded. I found out later that day they used one of my prepaid treatments because I didn't cancel within 48 hours. I also found out later that day I had covid. So my advice is if you have prepaid treatments, don't do the right thing and cancel the day of treatment. Just go in and cough all over the staff.

The team at Laser Clinics Browns Plains are so kind and helped with my first laser treatment by answering my unending questions. Every time I go in they are professional and on time. I’ve been treated by Mobina and Tiana and they are both wonderful and great at their jobs. Would recommend if you’re in the business of not having to shave everyday!

Mobina is an amazing technician. She has been working with me to get my skin to look amazing after years of wearing makeup and acne scaring. I’ve been coming to LCA for a couple of years now for laser treatments and now for my skin and they have been nothing but accommodating. 10/10 would recommend to all friends and family.

Laser Clinic Browns Plains have created a welcoming and supportive environment that allows trans girls like myself to comfortably receive the treatment I need. The Therapists are well equipped, experienced and knowledgeable across all areas of skin care and laser hair removal. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing efficient service is beyond comprehension. Going above and beyond to meet customers expectations, you don’t see this kind of service very often I encourage all big girls of colour to visit the clinic, you will not be disappointed.
