Manager is disgraceful! Came to the store to get my wedding rings serviced, she was rude, couldn't find all my rings in the system, issue's with careplan, she basically gave me no help, told me one thing, than changed what she said. I live in qld, though they were purchased in Perth, manager told me to go get the paperwork from qld then go to the store in Midland, Perth to switch the careplan over to the right ring. Utterly disgracefully, not a care for customer service, especially after just reopening the store from covid.

Do not purchase diamonds from Michael Hill. They use their best diamonds as displays, sell you on the quality of diamond, then they 'order in' your ring with a significantly lower quality diamond with extremely visible inclusions, lower cut quality, colour grade, polish and symmetry. When given the chance to rectify, they send your ring off, ensuring they hold onto it for 30 days so you are outside their 30 day refund policy only to then send it back with a diamond that is an even lower quality again. Don't put yourself through the stress, 2 months later and 2 attempts to rectify, no ETA and no other options.

I had very good experience at Belmont store. Few days back I wanted to purchase a gift for a friend for her surprise birthday party and I was running late that day. Veronica from the store not only helped me pick up the perfect gift but also packed everything(gift, gift receipt and a card) properly.I was very impressed by the attention, standard of service I got from Veronica.Thanks alot Veronica. I will visiting this store soon for more shopping.

I came to the Belmont store today to purchase a birthday gift for my sister. Christie was amazing, within a few minutes she knew exacting what was the right present, was so polite, no pressure, an absolute pleasure to deal with. For men, making purchases in a jewellery store is often daunting, all my future purchases will be made at this store. Hard to find this type of service these days, we’ll done Michael Hill.
