Bit of a hit and miss from this place.Some barbers are unable to replicate a request which you show them.They take their time, about 45 mins but then realize they take too much time and rush the job at the end.It's also rude to speak in another language to other staff when serving a customer who is not from Ceylon.Was it any different for 25 bucks from other places? No.

The worst hair barber shop I have ever gone! They will take nearly 30-45 minutes per person. Staff has no commitment in their work or towards customers. They are simply cracking jokes and doing other business while attending a person thus wasting time. Cutting in the same area of head for 10 times is their highlight! Also, playing only Tamil songs in high volume.. They don't understand if their customers are from different communities. Ultimate worst place for hair cut. Please don't go there.

I went to Ceylon cut three times, all the time waiting time was too much. I am wondering how they are making money. I waited for 1 hour and they cut the hair for only 4 people (between 2 people) so 30 minutes for hair cut for 1 person. In 1 hour their revenue was $100 between 2 people. I think they are running shop for charity and time pass and not for profit !! Next door desi barber didn’t have that much waiting time.Pros: Friendly staff, cuts the hair according to your instructions, good customer serviceCons: long waiting time, very slow in cutting hair

Very disappointed with work. I went there multiple time for haircut and all the time asked to sit with same person but that person is moody haircut depends on his mood all the time after showing the same picture he did different cuts on me. Very poor service today i showed him the same picture that he did last time on me but again he gave me different style. Poor service and quality always using their own language in-front of me. Discriminating people.

Not recommend this ladies parlour in Toongabie. Had very bad service from the inefficiency nepali lady over that don’t want to say sorry at all.
