Bright Sunshine Children Centre

My daughter spends very good time here. She says she wanna see friends every morning.Educators are very kind and give us all information of the week which is well programmed.I am very happy how they care for kids and parents, also.

The staff and teachers are awesome. My son has learned so much from them at Bright Sunshine Children Centre. And when he brings what he's learned home for me to see, I get estatic. Best centre around!

My daughter has been attending Bright Sunshine since May and she really loves it. She had been attending a larger childcare before and I was worried that she wouldn't get the same level of stimulation and range of activities, but my fears were unfounded. Being a new centre which just started this year, there were no ratings or reviews at that time to determine whether it was good or not.The childcare centre is new and the educator are very attentive. The small number of kids enables the kids to have more personalised care.

We made a good decision chosing Bright sunshine for our son. He attends 4 days a week and is always excited to go there. Staffs and mgmt are friendly.

After relocation we had concerns about how our son would go settling into a new centre. It's for this reason we opted to enrol him in BSC and it wasn't long until we knew we'd made the right choice. The centre is clean and well set-up and we couldn't speak highly enough of all the stuff who are very warm and nurturing. We've enjoyed getting a daily update on our sons progress and seeing him grow to be more independent and self confident. The centre is growing I'm number's but remains intimate and with the same level of care and attention to each child. Keep up the great work team.

My 4 year old son has been attending BSCC for over 6months now and we couldn’t be happier. It started as a one off child care day as an emergency work came up and my son loved it so much I ended up enquiring about 2days a week now he goes 4 days a week. Ms Mandy and whole team is so lovely. You are always kept informed about incidents or situations involving your child. There is an app you can see your child participating in activities. We couldn’t be more happy to leave our son with the BSCC team.

We started our search for the best daycare for our daughter by listing all the highly rated, more popular centres. They all were pretty hard to get hold of on the phone and would often ask me to email them. Securing a tour would also be weeks later, and you would find yourself on their waiting list for who knows when.We didn't expect much since they were so new, and I assumed not as established or knew what they were doing. However, from my first phone call I was pleasantly surprised. Mandy's phone manner was amicable, professional, and accommodating. I was able to drop in for a tour whenever it suited us and we were able to visit right away! No hassle of sending another email, and no having to book months in advance.The premises: Everything is brand new, clean, tidy, the room was spacious and brightly lit. They have a nice outdoor area with a variety of climbing equipment and sandpit. It is very welcoming and pleasant to walk into.Staff:  It's always easy to decide once you've met the staff. The staff I have gotten to know (especially management) are all super easy going. My daughter has been attending for almost 5 months now and I feel like the staff genuinely care about the kids. It didn't take my daughter long before she was looking forward to school, and she is always in a good mood when I pick her up from school. She is very comfortable enough to hug the staff hello and let them carry her, so I am sure they are treating her well.It also surprises me how professional and organised they are. David is very timely with emails to answer any questions I might have or reminds me of anything important that is coming up. Both David and Mandy are always going above and beyond to ensure parents have a peace of mind. No concerns or requests feel like they are ever any trouble for them. The staff pay a lot of attention to detail and seem really switched on, including Daniela and Zandra who are really sweet with our daughter.Other pros: I am enjoying the daily updates and photos we can easily access with their app. They are onboard with the curriculum and the activities that they organise every day appear to be quite structured and thoughtful to ensure the right skills are taught.Affordable: You get 4 weeks free; it's the cheapest one; and includes nappies and bed sheets. Some other centres we enquired at that were the same price said we had to bring all those in ourselves.Cons: They don't have much of a variety in healthy lunches. I can't say I have seen photos of the kids eating anything apart from a cheesy vege pasta bake and chicken nuggets. My daughter doesn't like carrots so she has probably been filling up on those nuggets which is not preferable for her to eat so frequently.Overall, I highly recommend BSCC. If you are unsure, you should just drop by and you will see for yourselves how happy the kids are there and the reassuring gut feeling you get with the staff.

We are more than happy that our son is attending Bright Sunshine centre since July and counting. Thank you to all the dedicated staff especially Miss Mandy and Miss Zandra for the job well done in looking after the kids with so much love and passion in what they do. Our son has learned so much in their daily activities, and has reached many milestones ever since especially in his speech. I also like it that everyday they are putting several photos in the App. The photos show the kids are really having fun, my son has that sweet smile when we pick him up ( a smile that we didn't see when he was in a different centre). Their play area outdoor is big with a sandpit. To top it all, the daily fee is reasonable and they gave first 4 weeks for free :)

My daughter transferred to Bright Sunshine Childcare Centre from another childcare. This is a nice and clean childcare, thank you Miss Mandy for helping us a lot (they gave me a free school bag, hat and 4 weeks of free charge), Miss Zandra and Miss Maryam for taking such good care of my daughter and making her go to childcare a joy every time. No more transfer.

I've had a positive feedback for them as they cared for my daughter but personally feel I needed to alter my feedback from 5 stars to pretty much if I could zero stars,My experience with them was good in the beginning because I was a parent sending my child, for obvious reasons the childcare wouldn't want to lose their customers so they show a lot of attention" but the experience became quite awful after learning how they really are and makes me question how my daughter was really treated.As she told me things I didn't really believe until I set foot 3 weeks working for them
