Rude front counter staff. I witnessed 1 staff member being confrontational towards an elderly customer too.25 min wait for tenders without informing us at time of order. When I asked about it I was told it’s not his fault if the kitchen cook slow and that he didn’t know.Once we received our order there was missing items & wrong twister in the bag. This is not good enough! Customer service is not good here!

I admit that the Zinger burger with bacon and cheese was delicious. However, the store was absolutely filthy disgustingly dirty. It looks like it literally had not been cleaned for weeks. Warning - Do not use the bathroom!!!

Ordered off the KFC app. Ate there, burger was not hot (warmish) the chips the same and under seasoned. Pleasant service.

Got chicken and chips on Friday the 5th of May. The chips were not nice, they looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the hot box for about 4 hours, and the chicken was no better, the worst meal I have ever gotten. Won’t be back for a while.

Food smells awful and has no crunch. Oil must be seriously old. I should have turned around and walked out when I saw the store entrance. It is the grottiest exterior I have seen and the inside is the same. I thought Innisfail was bad but this is the woo have seen. This is the last kfc meal for us

5.30 today 1/3/2023 I bought some chicken. After discussion with young man on counter who didn't seem to understand my order at all and was very vague I received my order. When I opened box I could not believe what I had received. Dry chicken that looked like it was trimmed down and probably cooked this morning. I am totally disgusted with what I received. If I lived in Ayr I would have taken it back . You have lost a customer for certain and I will spread the word to others to steer clear of KFC In Ayr .

Online ordered. Drive thru pickup. Said they ran out of original chicken fillets so we subbed in tenders. Other than that, they got the whole order fulfilled, correctly, and fresh. Can't knock that!

Been a few times and quite often they are 'out of stock'. The store and especially the outside areas are dirty and rundown looking. Waited way to long for my order only to have to come back because it was missing about a third. Commented to a manager that I was unhappy with my wait time to just be ignored.

Need more attention not putting on people that are sick with flu or corona or...sniffle disease...not ok when dealing with food...also change the bloody oil please. and wipe tables, clean the toilets...yep..you can be better you know it.
