Jolie Hair Makeup Beauty did both my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I have since been back for my regular cut and colour. The team are super friendly, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They took their time to make sure that I was happy with every aspect, especially on my wedding day and in the trials I had beforehand while we played around with the style that I was after. I always felt like I was in good hands which was especially important with the uncertainty around dates potentially being postponed. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Tiffany did my hair for my son's wedding at the Chateau Elan location a few weeks ago. She was very patient, friendly and listened to what I wanted. Tiffany put my hair up in a lovely low bun that was secure but not too tight. Stayed perfect the whole day and many guests commented how beautiful it was! Thank you Tiffany. Highly recommend Tiffany and the team at Jolie.

My mother and I both had hair and makeup on the weekend and both very happy. They had 2 girls off sick on a Saturday, so pressure was pumping but we were treated well and happy with the services.I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting the area or planning a wedding.

My hairstyling was great had no complaints there. When it came to the makeup I was assigned with a trainee makeup artist which I did not agree to and was charged full price. During the appointment I told her multiple times my eye makeup was uneven, my eyeshadow ended looking very gluggy and still uneven. The appointment took over two hours for both hair and makeup (makeup taking an hour and a half) and didn’t have time to ask for the touch ups I wanted. I also paid the extra for eyelash extensions which I didn’t realise were not on correctly until I got back to my hotel which then I ended up having to quickly redo my eyes.Id recommend Jolie for hairstyling services but would suggest that people check if the makeup artist is a professional or a trainee when booking.
