Such a supportive and inspiring community! The trainers are fantastic and the gym is well run and has great equipment. The members are all lovely and welcoming too. Really recommend for anyone keen on improving their overall fitness dramatically

Hands down the best gym on the Sunshine Coast. Coaches are so welcoming and accommodating to everyone no matter what fitness level. You walk in and everyone has a smile on their faces and the place just feels like a second home. I’ve made amazing friendships with other people at this gym. It’s honestly just the absolute best. Could not recommend F45 Sippy Downs enough if I tried ❤️

I highly recomend F45 Sippy Downs if you are after a gym / training venue that has a great vibe. The classes are great and the coaches are brilliant! Lots of fun activities and challenges to keep you motivated and on track for your fitness and well-being goals. They gym has a great family vibe that is hard to find at other venues. By far the best functiinal fitness gym I have been part of!

I absolutely love F45 Sippy! The atmosphere, the crew, the coaches - EVERYTHING! I want to get up at 4:30 because of them! Love their attention to detail and their ability to bring smiles to my face always! Love it love it love it!! Paigo does a fantastic job and is always ensuring we all get the best opportunity to work out to our greatest potential! Absolutely awesome! Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome Gym with Trainers that know what they are doing to help with form and constantly push you to the next level. I have been to other F45 gyms in the past and Sippy Downs has hands down been the best in so many different aspects. It is obvious that they put in the effort to be a great Gym

One of the most welcoming and warm studios I’ve ever trained at. The trainers genuinely care about you as a person as well as supporting you to reach your fitness goals. I love how every member’s personality is embraced and celebrated.You can get a great workout anywhere - but you can’t get the feeling of being a valued member of a beautiful community just anywhere. F45 Sippy has something special.

F45 Sippy is one of a kind. The only gym that has managed to turn me into a morning person and motivated me to go to 4.55am classes regularly! You won’t find a better bunch of members and coaches than this studio. Feels like you gain a second family as soon as you walk through those doors ❤️

I have been going to F45 Sippy Downs for the past 2 years now and love it! It has an amazing community of members and the trainers are all legends who are supportive and extremely knowledgeable and bring a great vibe to each class, there’s always a laugh and banter going on!

F45 Sippy Downs is Amazing and all of the coaches are very knowledgeable and professional.They do a great job of keeping me and others motivated and are very kind with their encouraging words.I love every Coach there, they are awesome! Paige and Brock run the show and are very welcoming.Everybody that trains there are super friendly with a range of ages from young to myself being old.Thanks Paige and Brock for letting me be a part of an awesome studio! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
