Ingenia Holidays Kingscliff

Stayed in the cabin next to the boom gate with my partner. Bathroom was horrible, hasn't been cleaned, mould in the cracks, drain had hair on the top of it, and the tiles were broken. The walls are dirty with smear marks, and floor looked and felt like it hasn't been swept. We then moved the bed over, and also noticed piles of dust and dirt under it, so cleaning wants done properly. The key doesn't open the door properly, took us 10mins each time to open it.The fridge also had a horrible smell, tainting our food. There was also a hole in the wall that they have just quickly plastered over with a thick layer.Looks like management haven't taken much pride in cleaning, or presentation for that matter. I also saw another review similar to this which makes me question if they value customer feedback. I hope you guys fix these problems as it's not very appealing to your holiday park

5 stars for this park. As the new management has done a great job bringing it back to life after what it has gone through with the flood which takes time due to the shortage of tradesmen and materials . To graham/Frankie clutterbuck there was 3 toilet blocks but one was broken that was well signed it is a holiday park so if you don’t want kids and parties around you I suggest you sell your caravan and move into a retirement village. Yes I am a permanent resident and very proud of our little park.

Female Manager with blonde fuzzy hair & a bad attitude was horrible from the get go. I only knew she was the boss because of how bad she spoke to the other girl. We felt terrible for her. Grounds were run down, room was very ordinary & overall disapppointing, Air Con stunk big time& when we mentioned our concerns we were told there had been a flood LAST FEBRUARY!! Meaning 2022!!! Over 12 months later & they are still using that as an excuse.

The room I stayed in was immaculate.. not a speck of dust and super cute ... I stayed in one of the cabins and as a single woman felt 100% safe .. I had no interactions with the residents as they keep to themselves , .. every place I stayed in before this during the week smelt .. this one did not ... I had issues with the heater and within ten miniutes had groundsman staff help fixing up a new one ... I wish it was hot as the pool is a lovely area to hang out in ... I booked the wrong day and they were 100% accommodating with making sure I had a room and felt welcomed.. every worker I interacted with was kind and made me feel relaxed ... a hidden gem within miniutes of the most stunning coastal and river views !! Such a great price too :)Thankyou Kingscliff crew !!!! See you again soon

After finally managing to get hold of someone as all my messages left went unanswered I booked a pet friendly cabin for 2 nights.On arrival / check in all went OK but after driving in we found the site is badly let down by the shabby & messy appearance of some of the properties on there that I assume belong to long term residents.We got Cabin C4 which isn't in a great spot at the end of the road in a dead end with no room to turn the car around without driving on to another persons site.Leaving my thongs on the deck outside I entered the cabin & I felt grit / dirt under my feet so found a broom & gave the floor a sweep & ended up with a large pile of grit & sand plus having moved the beds slightly a very large ball of long silver grey & long brown human hair, not very pleasant at all.The sliding glass doors were smeared with dirt after an obviously poor wipe down.The tiles on the bathroom floor are cracked & broken with pieces missing & after showering I cut my foot on the sharp edge of the broken tiles. See pictures uploaded.The air conditioning unit works but heck is it noisy when trying to sleep!One massive down side for us though is the $50 extra cleaning fee applied because we took our little dog. We left the cabin far cleaner than we found it upon arrival & to pay $50 extra for it is a disgrace! Maybe the extra cleaning fee should be applied IF the cabin is left dirty by dog owners & NOT just applied to every customer?We loved Kingscliff but based on our stay at Ingenia I wouldn't book here again & would not recommend it to anyone.

If you want to stay in a trashy unkept park, where the staff are not friendly and is filled with long term low demographic/frightening individuals then look no further. This has to be the worst park we have stayed at in our 5 months of travels. We had two drunk males who were permenants swearing/punching each other in front of my young children. The area manager asked me to put clothes on my children while they were playing in water across from our site which to be fair they are 2/3 years old and my thoughts were they are babies if they want to play and be naked in the sunshine that is their prerogative. This place was an absolute nightmare, unkept and impolite staff to say the least! Avoid if you’re a young travelling family! !!!

Absolutely disgusting the park is filthy the lawns are overgrown untidy not edged rubbish around van site’s permanents overtaken it parties loud cars screaming kids way too far to get to shops and no hot water anywhere the most depressing place I’ve ever been we asked for refund and left after 3 days she took out another full charge !! Instead then 4 days later we got the refunded amounts after ringing and complaining again . Don’t stay there

We had our own trailer so we didn't get a room, but the pool was good and only a little drive to the beaches. Relatively clean and there was a mini library and games room with bathrooms a tv and a pingpong table. Had a big toilet-shower room and was pretty close to most of the rooms or trailers.

I moved in here one week before the floods and lost everything I own. I paid double rent to Ingenia while I lived in a caravan and the cabin was repaired.I'm leaving now and am $3000 in credit.I have been trying to get the money refunded for 2 weeks and am now told you will get it when you are gone"Happy flood anniversary Ingenia."
