Honestly there are some lovely staff who work there, so sweet, and a lot of total jerks they put up with. We get all our doggy products for there. Check my haul. Good stuff that the puppy can rip apart and it doesn't break the bank. Surprisingly well known brands amongst the no names. Keep up the good fight against the angry ants guys.

I just wanted to write about an awesome staff member that I always see there who does an exceptional job. He is so bright and bubbly and is always friendly to customers. I purchased an office trivia game and we talked about the show and he was very attentive and engaging. He has great customer service skills and I couldn’t commend him more for doing such a great job. I wish I had gotten his name because he definitely deserves recognition. (He has dark curly hair and wears glasses)

Love the prices. And there's one particular young man that works at the Grafton store who it truly lovely polite and a pleasure to deal with. I don't know his name but he's a credit to the reject shop and customer service in general. Well done mate!

Love this place. Lots of knick-knacks in here at very low prices. A bit squishy in the aisles occasionally. Sometimes short staffed, but always friendly. Definitely pop in here on your adventures.
