Brought 4x4 in for an alignment which they were unable to fully complete. They had managed to also completely strip the heads of both torsion bar bolts, leaving the car unable to be further aligned without spending a few hundred on repairs.

Wheel Alignment on my 1972 Valiant Charger. Mat did an awesome job and piked up on something that we missed on my front end which we appreciated . They are a great team . They are right on the ball , Fast ,efficient, and know what they are doing .Highly recommend this team. Very impressed

Simple request of them, but tyre person said can’t do. More like I don’t want to do. Their story changed from one argument to another. Maybe they think older people are stupidIf they can’t listen to a simple customer request, and I know what I am talking about, then why should I trust them with my two SUV and repeat business. They could have got over $2000 of sales to replace my BT tyres. I went to tyrepower and they did as I asked. It will get me through next few days while new tyre and tube arrive.So instead of assuming you know better, my advice to beerwah tyres is to listen to your customer, endeavour to understand what they are asking and do as requested. By all means bill them for the service.Customer service extremely poor.

These guys are amazing. Adrian and his crew fitted new offroad super single tyres and rims on my hino ft ranger 4x4 and the service was amazing. Iv never seen such a brilliant and amazing crew and the office staff were awesome also. My truck is so amazing with the new rims and tyres it made my whole year. If you want the best tyres batteries and service don't waste your time with anyone else only use beerwah tyres and batteries. Mick wallin

Husband and I came in last minute needing a wheel alignment after many places said no as it was a Friday afternoon and 1 hour before they close but this place was more then accommodating and did the alignment for us. The staff were friendly.The office was pretty dirty but it is a mechanic shop after all

Bit disorganised. Had to have alignment test redone as first test made problem worse. Decided to get 4 new tyres and they blocked my car in and I had to wait an hour to get out. Prices reasonable.
