I placed an online order that was fulfilled by the Dubbo store. A bonus gift that was to accompany my order was missing. I called the store and had my issue recognised and fixed in a very quick time. Extremely polite staff. It's rare to find customer service this good anymore.

Disgraceful customer service. Sold the incorrect item and told I could get a refund, only for the “boss” of the Dubbo store to completely refuse to refund or exchange it as he was “unlikely to resell the item and therefore it would cost him money”. I explained I was assured it would be able to be returned if it was the wrong item. Regardless of this, he flat out refused, unapologetically and told me it “was not his problem” and the item is “essentially a dog that he doesn’t want”. Clearly happy to rip off their own customers for their own benefit.

Have spent $5k in the past 2 months and all you receive is poor service, arrogant staff and managers, refusal to warrant their initial decisions and is dependant on their mood. Will never shop Harvey Norman Dubbo!

Don't go to the computer section if you just want to shop in your own time, sales staff there don't know how to back off and let you shop in peace and then get offended when you ask them to leave you alone. So we went else where.

This store always has in stock the item we are after. Friendly service.We live in Gulgong and don’t bother going to Mudgee as they never have the item you want or any stock. Keep up the good work Dubbo see you next time.
