Justin Bolton was very professional and helpful when he came to do the quote. He made suggestions to improve the appearance of our house. He was on time and always answered his phone. Did a great job replacing the gutter, however, did not fix the roof as requested. The main job they were hired for was to fix the roof and gutter repair was secondary, they replaced the gutter but did not fix the roof. I was told the part I wanted fixed had a different name to what I used, even though I specifically pointed out what I wanted fixed in person. Told me they would have to do another quote for that repair amd after several attempts to contact them I have heard nothing back.

I had ongoing issues with my box guttering, previous repair works carried out by insurance company was below expectations, basically did not fix the damage.I called Justin, not only did he show up to provide a quote but kept me updated throughout the whole process with before and after photos.Highly knowledgeable, reliable, unbelievable turnaround, great communication and very affordable.Outstanding service - I would not hesitate recommending him.
