Food was okay, but service not that great. As my husband was lining up, the owner was friendly with the two people in front (they were caucasian) but when it got to my hubz turn, the owner seemed to treat him differently....hopefully it wasn't a racial thing. But yeah I hope service can improve

Salad roll for $5 with a fresh bread roll and lots of yummy ingredients. So cheap, only way it could be improved in my opinion is whole egg mayo instead of the mayo they currently use. Keen to come back.

Reasonable prices, great selection and generous portions, it's a good choice to fill the belly.

Went for a walk, saw a few people so checked it out and had a Pork Belly Roll for $7. Fresh bread roll, salad, pork belly was cut and then put in roll it was nice and crunchy on top. Cooked onion added last, not sure I would have the onion next time but enjoyed the roll very much.

just came here for a Thursday lunch 10/10 would recommend. literally paying 2012 prices for 2022 food. 7 bucks for a massive pork belly roll. pork belly was super thick, packed for super fresh veges. the roll was crispy on the outside and soft and light. 50c for a donut donuts looked fresh. my colleague also said the cheese schnitzel is also good, they said they might only accept cash but when we went today they also accepted card which was good. service is fast and efficient no fuss.

Dodgy cheap joint. Cash no receipts. Asked for a Chicken roll and got a hard stale bun.

First of all most tasteless bahn mi ever. They also charge an extra 1 dollar for vegetables. I asked for bbq pork they gave me something that was definitely not bbq, was some gravy thing which they claimed was bbq. As I was about to tap the card, I asked how much it was. She said 5 dollars and I confirmed with her several times to make sure, even holding out 5 fingers because she honestly looked a bit nervous saying it. Id taken a tissue from them and asked if there was a place to throw it she said VERY rudely to go out and looked a bit upset I'd asked. Realized from my bank account id paid 8.15 instead and went back and told them. She told me she'd told me 8 and it's not the accent, she had definitely told me 5 and not 8, I understood clearly and had confirmed several times. She asked me to come back in 2 hours and I was asking her why and she didn't give me an answer. Literally worst place in redfern I've ever been to.
