Mildura Houseboats

We hired Albert James for three nights and it was fantastic experience. We had not driven a houseboat before but Chris gave us 30 minutes how to training. Toilets were tricky to operate and would have hired bigger boat if we do this again.

What a celebratory November week we had on the Mildura Houseboat Pure Paradise.The houseboat was everything we wanted, needed and more.The cleanliness was amazing, the space was perfect.There were 10 people onboard and we were all able to have our own space, room and ensuite.We even had a secure and supervised place to leave our cars.After booking at the beginning of the year - With all the uncertainty through Covid-19, we were never sure we would even get to Mildura for the November trip, but the Mildura Houseboat team were fantastic to deal with.They were very quick to answer all of our questions or call us back, they even worked with us on the timeframe to pay our holiday balance because of the lockdowns.No other company has ever done that for us. Huge thank you for that alone.They were so patient to demonstrate managing our houseboat to all us mature passengers, driving, steering and docking to tying up the ropes securely.We had an absolute blast.We are so happy to highly recommend Mildura Houseboats to anyone considering a floating holiday.Loved it. ❤️

Amazing family holiday with our old dog on the Albert James. Restful and peaceful with such beautiful scenery and wildlife. The boat was clean and comfortable and we felt like we were “glamping” with the spa and hot showers.

Thank you for the bet holiday ever on The Pure Paradise. We had 6 adults and 4 children aged 5-8years. We had no idea what to expect in terms of safety with the kids but felt comfortable with the children on board. It was clean,spacious and so well equipped with everything you need. Everyone having their own bathroom was a very big bonus.The kitchen had absolutely everything you could want. An awesome size fridge to suit 10 people and a wine fridge for our many bottles. Loved the spa on the top deck. A very big thank you to 2 awesome guys Chris & Ash who helped us with instructions and parking the boat. Nothing was too much trouble even when Chris had to get us off a sand bank, and to Ash who parked us at Gol Gol Hotel when we were feeling a little stressed about the parking. You guys were amazing. Thanks to the booking team also with your help with and questions and being so prompt. We loved it so much that we are returning next year. I would definitely recommend the Mildura Houseboat Team.

I will start off by explaining how to find them on the river as you go across Mildura Bridge heading towards New South Wales the first left hand turn after you come off the bridge you turn into then you turn left again heading down towards the caravan park you follow the Road as far as you can and then just before the caravan park you turn left again to go to Mildura Houseboats the house boat we got to go on was The Bushranger 2 it can cater up to 12 people it has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3 toilets and spa this was an opportunity of a Lifetime when you first go on board that is breathtaking words cannot say enough you just have to experience it for yourself cruising along the river relaxing you have a BBQ also on the back of the boat upstairs spa it's just Heavenly I think Mildura Houseboats for looking after us so well and I highly recommend that you go into the house boat experience from mwh

A fantastic holiday, great way to see nature and relax. The service and attention from the houseboat team excellent, the boat beautiful and all equipment supplied is adequate, we couldn’t have had a better holiday

We hired an eight berth Houseboat from this company for a family of four. Drove the boat from Mildura to Wentworth and back and then up to Gol Gol and back. We achieved all of this on a seven night charter. It was winter time and I can report the heating system on the boat worked well. We had a great time with special views in the morning when the mist on the river gives off an ambience only the Murray can produce. Can only recommend this experience to everyone. Great Service, great people and a great Company.

Just finished our second trip on a Mildura Houseboats boat, this time on the Cutting Edge. Cannot rate the experience highly enough!The boat was lovely, really well maintained with everything you need (and more), the MH team are wonderful, so accommodating and supportive, and then there is the Murray... absolutely stunning and relaxing. The only negative is catching nothing except carp!Highly recommend a houseboat trip, it's both an adventure and incredibly relaxing and wouldn't go with anyone other than Mildura Houseboats, they care about their customers and their boats.Thanks to Chris, Ash and all the other staff. Special call out to the cleaning crew - our boat was spotless and we knew why after watching them clean the boat next to us on the last day... they were very thorough!

We loved staying on the boat Relax, our time away was everything we expected and more.A truely relaxing holiday, had by all. We will definitely book again.

We had two couples and hired the James R II for a midweek, 3 night jaunt. We had hired elsewhere previously but found the on board tuition with MH extremely good. the boat was well stocked and clean. By the end of day 1 we extended another night. Very relaxing. Had an average meal at the Gol Gol pub but Trentham Estate exceeded all expections.
