Very cozy place, with friendly staff.Locationwise it's not very close for the people living in CBD and inner suburbs, but it's very well located (easily accessible by car).At the time of this review i wanted to furnish my new apartment, however they were sold out on most thing. They told me it could take up to 3 to 4 weeks to become available again.Predictably i refused to wait for 3 to 4 weeks as it's a very long to not have your place furnished.Please give thumbs up if it was helpful.

I understand that sometimes things get delayed but it is basic service to keep the customer informed. Over 3 months with no sofa and no updates.My order was delayed at least 3 times but they never bother to update, I had to call up each time only be told it is delayed. I will never buy from Morabbin store, and fantastic furniture in general if this the standard they accept of their staff and never will I recommend fantastic furniture to anyone. The care factor from management and staff here is zero. I suppose they think being a budget store ppl will buy anyway, well the economy is slowing maybe they will face the music soon.

Terrible experience buying furniture here. Was told on two occasions that my furniture was being delivered only for the delivery to be cancelled on both occasions having waited around for 4-5 hours on both occasions before being told by text they were cancelling the delivery. Had to take the day off work on both days to be home for the deliveries that never came…Would definitely not recommend Fantastic Furniture to anyone ….

My friend and I were after a tallboy/dresser and after comparing rates online found Fantastic Furniture to be the cheapest among Ikea, Kogan and eBay for a combo six drawer dark brown dresser. The stock availability was a bit of an issue and it was not available at the Nunawading Store. To our good fortune, it was stocked at Moorabbin Store. We put one on hold over the phone.When we arrived the staff were very helpful and patient and showcased us a display model of the dresser. The collection from warehouse was easy and again staff was fantastic and loaded the package in my car. The experience of shopping starting online to receiving my dresser was seamless.The assembly time of the dresser was long, nevertheless, it was a fun weekend activity and once completed the room looked awesome!Overall, five star experience from start to the end. Thank you team Fantastic Moorabbin for amazing customer service.

Delivery people are incredibly useless, and the store itself for lack of support. Got told they attempted delivery and tried calling despite someone waiting at the door all day. Don't expect a delivery on a day you request, try collecting it yourself if possible.

Worst experience ever. Incompetence from salesperson to store manager. Ordered sofa and ottoman and was told it would take 12 weeks. Received a text two days later to say order is ready, and delivery date was arranged. Text received day before delivery to confirm time. Furniture was not delivered! Contacted store to be told that today's delivery was only for the fabric protection, and the furniture would be delivered in 18 to 20 weeks. Cancelled order. Would not recommend shopping at this store.Definitely NOT fantastic. One star too many.

We've bought some good stuff here and some not so good stuff.. as the old saying goes .. you get what you pay for.This time around we bought a tv unit.. decent quality and pre assembledAlways check first on pack size as it will save a trip back to get a trailer.There always seemed to be a queue at the sales counter when I go here.. the wait time annoys me.. probably annoys the staff a bit more... they could put more people on the weekend
