We have been attending this practice since we moved to the mountain 15 years ago. Staff always do their best to fit you in or give you options for appointments. Great Doctors, as well as providing Allied Health services.

I booked my son in for an appointment as we were on holidays visiting and needing medical assistance. payed 72.00 on the 04/06. the lady did not know how to refund the medicare rebate back to my savings account on the one card. Then she said it would take 3-5 days. its now been over 7 working days and no money. Now i have to muck around and contact medicare to get MY money back and go to the hassle of setting up online account app to get my rebate. still on hold to mygov. Thanks Tamborine Mountain Medical Practice for failing to do YOUR JOB right and making mine a nightmare.

We were called in for a follow up appointment, told what time we were required to attend and made to wait an hour and a half. Best practice would have notified us of the excessive delay upon arrival.
