Yes BLACKSMITHS Boat ramp on the channel help a lot of people out !!in Putting there boats in the water to go Deep Sea Fishing,, and there s planty of garbage bins to around there!! So use them!!! Don,t litter!!! I live cross from the boat ramp !! And the stupid and idodic and funny thing I see. A lot of boat came off trailers and Land concrete backing down ramp,unhook before the boats in water!!!?and arguments wake you.all hour of the night!!! But what would we do if it was not there!! God help us!!

Definitely great spot for fishing. I caught nearly 5 big standard size breams within few hours. I’m sure you won’t disappoint to do fishing in this area. Also it’s a nice spot to having picnic or stay overnight and relax and enjoy the fishing and watching the beautiful stars on the sky which is so amazing. I recommend anyone try this spot at less once .

The car park at the boat ramp is a great location for those who want to launch their boats into the water and enjoy the beautiful views. The car park is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of parking spaces for cars and boats. The views from the car park are stunning, with panoramic vistas of the surrounding water and landscapes.

Very nice place to go for a walk (I don't fish but my dog loves walking along here) and a great spot for photos of the sunset as well.

This boat ramp has plenty of car parking spaces for car and trailer it is a terrific view from the boat ramp looking down towards Swanson towards the ocean and plenty of seagulls all waiting for a feed of fish from the people coming back in the boat from MWH

Great place to go and watch the world go by,, very good boat ramp and Wharf,, walking,, bike tracks,, toilets available,, plenty of parking for both cars and cars with trailers,,why not try a bit of fishing, seen alot of good fish caught, boat wash area and fish cleaning tables. If you love birds alot of seagulls and pelicans,, with one of the best baker , coffee shop across the road,,as a family we visit here regularly,,hope to see you there!!!

Blacksmiths Boat Ramp
I have used this boat ramp many times over the years and found it to be one of the better ones. Ample parking for vehicles and trailers with toilets. A fish cleaning table with running water with a boat wash down area as well. A large floating wharf on one side of the boat ramp makes it easy for people to get in and out of the boats without having to beach. The concrete boat ramp is wide enough for three vehicles if used properly. Plenty of off ramp room for backing/manoeuvring trailers as well.
